I bought a blouse at this shop, which is a must buy! It is so soft with plenty of room and drapes nicely. I'm older and not a skinny lady. This is very flattering and I highly recommend it even for us old hippies! It arrived exactly within the time frame expected. Love it love it! Attached is the picture of their model they showed.

Any time I had a question, it was answered within 24 hours. I can not attest to the actual service or products as we are vacationing in August, but I suspect there will be no issues.

Vivid Linen is wonderful and their customer service is the best. Their clothing is so very well made. The clothing is from Hong Kong and the shipping time is quite reasonable. I expect that everything I have ordered from them will last a long time… their clothing is for all ages, their pieces are timeless, and for those of us over 50, looking for simple, elegant clothing that you can dress up or dress down. I ordered a sheet set from these guys 2 years ago which has been our regular 4 piece set of sheets. My hubby practically refuses to sleep on anything else so I figured it was time to get a back up set. I did not know they had doona covers as well so this time I added it to my order. The first night we slept in it I finally understood how much I was missing out having linen underneath as well as on top of me. I didn't mention it to my husband but as he was getting ready for work he mentioned how much he enjoyed his sleep 2 or 3 times. I wanted to understand why being covered in linen made such a huge difference to our sleep comfort. When I googled ‘linen sleep health' the flaxlinen.com blog came up speaking of the health virtues of sleeping in linen. I am paraphrasing the blog basically said when you wrap yourself in linen because of the breathability of the fabric, not air pockets are formed and your body temp regulates faster. Makes sense to me, don't let my husband catch us without being wrapped in linen

I bought jacket an couple of of tops from Linenfox on ETSY and all were perfect. Exactly the measurements I needed, and well made; arrived as quoted. The seller is easy to communicate with.

I bought 9 items for a party which passed already. I have not yet received my order. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back from them. Calls do not go through to the phone number provided on my bank statement. My order continues saying pending.

Ordered table linen 2 weeks before my event to allow for late delivery. I paid for 2 business day Home delivery. 9 business days later (11 total) I still do not have my order and on my account it says it has not even been pulled. When you try to call, email or instant chat with them, no one answers you! The processing and warehouse departments are slow or none existent, however the payment processing department is quick and "johnny on the spot". Payment came out of my account in one day! I finally did talk to someone who told me they had a new computer system and were having trouble with some orders. Katie was going to check on mine and she promised to call me back with details. Never heard back from her or any one else! I am cancelling order today - but I bet I don't receive my refund in one day!

I spent $226 on the midnight moth duvet cover and after only 50 days and 2 gentle washes it has two holes and the embroidery is fraying in countless spots. At that price point you really expect quality product and at the very least quality customer service. Sin In Linen has neither, the Sin in their linens is the high price tag and shoddy construction. When I reached out to customer service they offered me 10% refund, such an insult. I had to charge back with my bank. Save your hard earned coins and do not buy from this company.

I ordered an XL White Linen Jumpsuit (Order #00033897) and the item I received did not match the size guide or the pictures on the website. The real measurements were much smaller than advertised, and the design was different (visible buttons, no belt, shorter sleeves and collar). I contacted the company with photo proof, but they never replied. PayPal confirmed the seller would only refund if I returned the item to China — impossible after I had to pay for urgent alterations because the garment was unusable as delivered. In the end, I spent extra money on a product that was falsely advertised and received no support. Be careful — once they have your payment, you're on your own

I ordered $181 of fabric from flaxlinen.com on January 15,2021- my card was debited immediately- since then, I received no order confirmation or order status- my calls and emails were left unanswered- this is a scam site and they are dozens of reviews similar to mine. WHY is Sitejabber keeping one positive review on top, with all the negative one below from people who were ripped off? Why is flaxlinen rating so high? Sitejabber contributes to perpetuating the scam, as new victims like me only glance at reviews before purchasing.

We purchased some household items from the linensnthings website because the pricing seemed good relative to other websites and we will NEVER shop there again. We tried to return one of the items and followed all of the steps online. We were unable to complete the return because the website failed to email us the return information (address, etc.) as it said it would. When we followed up with the customer service number, we were unable to reach anyone or get any additional information. I would not recommend using this website. It seems that the company is not operating its website in an ethical way since it filed for bankruptcy a few years ago.

I ordered sheets and a week later I was informed that they were no longer in stock. They invited me to order a replacement item. They still offer the sheets I ordered originally on their website. Not a word about the exact item being out of stock. Just plain old sloppy! Don't waste your time.

I was struggling to find XL sized sheets for a large number of bunk beds so bought these. I have only washed the sheets 2-3 times each and the threads are coming loose. Moreover, the sheets don't have any tags on them that tell you what size they are (I have multiple sized beds). The resulting quality is like something a 12 year old would make in a home economics class! And, of course, their return policy is to only take returns of unopened items within 30 days of receipt...so you would never be able to return them once you realize the terrible product you bought. I never write reviews, but I'm hoping I save someone the wasted $$s that I incurred.

Same as others... shipping was months late, I tried to cancel order several times through email, through the Shop app, and through PayPal... then they ship the order and my items are total JUNK and nothing like the items ordered. I've continued to try to get a refund, no luck yet. Unbelievable.
