Due to private reasons I had to cut short my stay and Pascal has arranged for Eric to meet me regardless of his busy schedule to return my security deposit and the rest of my payment for the day I cut short ( I did not even ask for). The apartment has an excellent wi-fi that worked around the clock. I strongly recommend staying at this location for any visit to Rome for its convenient location and professional managerial services.

They really do have custom high quality USA made products. On my fourth purchase there was a return issue. I never had to contact them before but I found out it's impossible to speak with an individual in customer service. No one answers the phone and there's no voicemail that I could find. It has to be done by email. So I used email and they responded in a timely manner but refused to resolve an issue that I believed was reasonable.
