I found exactly what I needed on the website for a fair price. I had to speak with a customer service representative named Simon regarding shipping to a rural area. Simon was very nice and helpful. He helped us pick out a mattress to go with the bedroom set I purchased. The mattress arrived in less than three days, and I'm still waiting on the furniture to be delivered. As long as the furniture is delivered and in great condition, then I will definitely buy again from 1st stop bedrooms.

I bought my bedroom set a couple years ago at a local furniture store and only got one night stand. When I tried to purchase another one at the local store where I bought it, I was told that it was discontinued however, I found it on 1 stop bedrooms and sure enough I now have a second nightstand.
I had to replace my couch and love seat (my dogs, literally, chewed them up) but, I wanted to save money too. My friend referred me to 1StopBedroom because of the good experience she had replacing her bed. The website was easy to navigate. I waited a month to get my items, which is fine, it was during the holidays, so I expected to wait. The delivery was seamless and the delivery men were very professional and helpful.
This was my first time ordering through 1Stop. The gentleman that called about the order was very professional and helpful. The delivery men called ahead of delivery, brought the furniture inside and set it up. They were polite and everything went great.
Customer service with the initial purchase was quick. They were able to answer all my questions. Delivery date was slightly later than expected. Will review again once product is delivered. However great price and warranty return of funds if not used is great.
We ordered 4 padded bar stools. Our order came in a timely fashion. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stools. The boxes came with some damage but all the contents were in good shape. The stools were easy to put together and the color is just what we wanted.

I had been wanting to order new counter stools for a few years, but could not quite pull the trigger. The ones I fell in love the with were far out of my budget. However, I found a "dub" look that I fell love with. Every store I look at was out of stock.
1StopBedrooms had it noted in stock. I finally placed the order. It had gone out of stock again. When I inquired on delivery, customer service was quick to respond and provide an update.
Although the new date was not ideal, the actual delivery date came two months earlier and right in time for the holidays!
The stools themselves are perfect! I love the look!

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from.
