I like how you help consolidate shipping to save money. Good communication.

It is easy to search for the book you are looking for- the purchasing options are very clear- you are not bombarded with additional ads or discount schemes.

From start to finish, Alibris is fast and easy to use. The amazing supply of books available is the reason I always check Alibris FIRST when I'm looking for a book. Thank you, Alibris, for being here for all of us!

Passwords are an unnecessary complication. I can never remember them. Sometimes I've given up and just gone to Abe books where I can still use a Guest checkout if I forget my password.

They always have a good selection of the books. I'm looking for, it always said good to like new condition. Upon receipt books are always in The condition as stated. Shipping is usually quick.

Great selection, a lot of more obscure titles, sourced from near and far. Every title I've purchased was in at least the advertised condition, and delivered in reasonable time.

I needed six books in a series (as a gift), and I couldn't locate them anywhere else. I've used Alibris in the past, and I intend to make it my first choice when I need books.

Shipping charges are a biut deceptive. IT says eligible for free shipping and I selected books that were all eligible for free shipping (originally I had more in my cart totalling over $50). But then I was hit with high shipping charges compared to other sites.

Every book is a treasure! Alibris always has what I'm looking for. Books come in the condition described and from one reader to another the book adds value to those who read it and those who offer it for someone else to buy.

An issue: you keep sending me email requests (at *******@runbox.com) to verify that I received an order, but all you send is a date and shipment number. I frequently order books from Alibris. I'm not going to go and track down the date I ordered and the shipping number in order to answer your query. HOWEVER, if you listed what books I ordered in the email, I would easily be able to tell you immediately whether they arrived in good form.

You always seems to have such a wonderful array of choices to look through and such detailed information about them all. Thank you again for that and for such a user friendly website!

The text book came in great condition but it came over a week after the listed latest possible delivery date. Additionally I was given no updates on the status of my package from the seller for over 2 weeks after ordering.

It was a little hard trying to figure out how to pick the book I want from the different prices. I finally found out how to do it but it was confusing on my phone.

Quick and easy checkout. Good selections. The descriptions are accurate. If it says excellent condition it's usually spotless, or like new. Good condition is always acceptable.

I enjoy acquiring books with a history. Alibris has them and has a huge "inventory". That let's me support small businesses and easily find the books I want.

First time shopping... we'll see how things go... had a book my husband wanted... hopefully it'll arrive on time... if it shows up then I'd definitely upgrade rating...

Alibris has a wide variety of products, and I'm certain you will find what you're looking for and much more. Although much cheaper than anywhere else, the quality of the products that Alibris provides is top notch.
The process is super simple to go through, delivery time is modest, and Alibris takes care of you through it all.
I seriously recommend Alibris!
