Easy to find what I am looking for. I read about the item in another book and I want to give it as a gift to my friend and could only find it in Alibris

Found book was looking for on search which also gave me comparison pricing. Great value buy, even better condition than as listed. Easy to order. Packaged with care. Good communication from purchase to receipt of item even offering solutions if we're issues.

Quick, efficient and simple; good source of hard to find out of print books. Good variety of suppliers, prices and book conditions.

Book was top notch. Well described. However shipping is in question. Minneapolis to Chicago to Las Vegas to Arizona. Does not seem efficient.

The books I've bought from Alibris are in good-great condition. They usually arrive within 3-7 days. That's very good service. And I like buying used books.

I was looking for a good used copy of an old book and found it here. The listing said it was in average condition, which was fine with me so I ordered it. Not only did it arrive days before I expected it, but the book is in perfect condition. Not a mark, scratch or anything on it. It's like new and for WAY BELOW what a new copy would have cost. Very glad I found it, but then over the years I've found numerous books here in similar condition and with very good pricing.

You are great and so trustworthy! I have had many orders in the past and each time my order has arrived in the time expected. I appreciate the ability to order books that don't break the bank but still give me the ability to have my own library. Thanks so much.

"Detailed descriptions" of books are not actually detailed. This feature needs significant improvement. A description of damage, in addition to the hood / fair five-stage rating system is warranted. And a specific detail of which edition and year published for each book is also needed.

I depend on Alibris for finding books out of print or expensive. Searching is easy. Descriptions of condition are less than generous; books marked fair are usually good or very good. Shipping is fast. Hooray for a better option than you-know-who.

I have ordered from alibis many times. There is always a great selection with great pricing. The website is easy to navigate and shipping is reasonable.

I found what I was looking for at a good price. It delivered very fast, and was as described. It did arrive in Amazon packaging, which was a disappointment since I was hoping to avoid Amazon but oh well.

Last order of Middle Ground being returned. Condition wasn't as stated. I got $5 coupon. I cannot find how to apply coupon to my new Midfle Ground order.

Great selection of CDs... Easy Searching... Pricing is outstanding... I would wait to buy many CDs at once... Shipping was as much as the (2) CDs I bought...

I found several things I wanted to buy (I always do) but had to make two separate orders to ship some books to my sister and some to me. I purposely chose my books from one sender to make the shipping simpler but they came in two different packages several days apart! I thought they would ship together. I don't know yet if this happened to my sister, too. That said, both arrived in great shape and I am happily reading something I really love.

Wide ranging DVDs and books. If you can't find it here, you can't find it anywhere. Never had a bad experience here and all the vendors are very receptive. Anything you want you'll find here. Books, DVDs, CDs, I have tried them all.
