I ordered an engagement ring set. After ordering, i tried to contact them to make a particular change about my order. Eventually after getting through to them (after long wait times on the phone), i let them know of the change. I made another call after a few days to confirm that my change was going to be implemented. The person i spoke to mentioned already seeing a note regarding the change and promised to leave another note. After i got the rings about 2 weeks later, the request hadn't been honored. I tried to contact them and couldn't reach them. I left a message asking to get called back but nothing.
I placed an order weeks ago, received order confirmation but have not received my order or shipping details. I have called, left over ten emails to service, tried the chat bot and messaged on social media without response. How does a chat bot not even respond! Allurez only allows 5 star reviews on their site, and I am convinced they are watered down at best. I just want my order, or money back or both but fear I will receive neither.
I purchased an item from their site at the listed price. They accepted credit card payment then they called me a few days later and told me that they actually needed a few hundred dollars more and wouldn't honor the price on their site I made the purchase under, which they accepted. Completely unbelievable behavior.
I would like to give a 5 strars review, however the ring never arrived. It is stuck in costums for over 3 months now.
I have contacted the costumer service, but they were unable to help. It is a mess anf right now I lost the money and I don't have the ring either.
There is problem in the paper work sent to costums and Allurez is helping much with the issue. Apparently there is weight problems, but also the site was not transparent enought regarding sending goods outside the united states.
The picture of the ring is beautiful, and I was looking forward to give it to my girlfriend.
However, the way the situation is being handle shows a huge lack of respect and professionalism!
We received a sapphire ring that looked like an onyx. We returned it for a gem that matched the AAA rating we paid for. After a month, the company sent an empty box.
WARNING STAY AWAY. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring at the end of 2022. He proposed to me on Christmas Eve. Just 2 months later my stone fell out and was lost. I was very careful with my ring and was distraught. When we called they said a lost stone was not covered in the warranty which I understood and they could replace the diamond for me if I purchased a new one. I decided to take my ring to a local jeweler who was shocked by my setting. That the setting that had been "custom" made to hold my oval diamond was for a square or rectangular diamond. This is when I became irritated. Not only did I have cleaning company's come out to search for the stone, but I had someone come out and take apart my washer just got the hope the stone would be in there. All this time thinking it was my fault. Then finding out the setting was wrong for holding my stone and that no way should my stone have fallen out after 2 months of having. I called the Allurez 1-800 number just to be told that everything from them was custom... apparently custom for a square diamond. That I could send my setting back to be evaluated, or I could pay to replace the stone. No thank you. I WOULD NOT HAVE TO REPLACE THE STONE IF THE SETTING HAD BEEN CORRECT. At this point I have already purchased a stone and paid a reputable jeweler to fix my prongs to fit correctly around my shape diamond. Don't go through the same emotional rollercoaster I went through. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered engagement ring and never received the product and I opened a dispute over the charge and this company keeps on lying that they deliver the product but never got it. Even the ups tracker they send says the product was not delivered but they still on claiming that they send the packet. And also it took more than a month for me to receive the tracking no. It's a huge scam. Pls save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else!
Wanted to use paypal to purchase but site kept glitching. 5x but not working. Gave up and used credit card. Will comment on product when it arrives.
I usually don't do reviews but this place has taken me over the edge…my fiancé ordered the ring back in December.it was supposed to be here before my birthday which it ended up showing up weeks later.I finally put it on and wear it for FIVE days.mind you I don't do any type of crazy work for this to happen but a stone fell out….I had to pay 148$ to ship it back. When we finally got the ring back my fiancé opened the box and it FELL OUT AGAIN…this is so ridiculous to me for the price he paid! Now I can barely get ahold of anyone to compensate or do anything about the matter! I've been so upset especially being engaged since January and wore my ring 5 days total :( ALSO I tried taking it to a jeweler the first time we got it back and they didn't even want to mess with it because of house bad the setting where off and all too high!

I sent an email two times, because I was having trouble checking out with a financing option, no one even bothered to respond. Because it took so long waiting for someone to respond to me, I missed out on a free necklace with purchase. I finally figured out how to check out on my own. To me that is showing a total lack of customer service or caring about their customers. I did end up making a purchase, but I am doubtful that I will do it again due to the lack of caring.
Shipment was returned to Allurez due to us leaving for vacation and being unaware of signature needed. This is where the nightmare with their "customer service" began. A month of trying to get our package that was paid for delivered has been unresolved to this day. I've yet to receive it. We have not the faintest idea where it is. We have been told it was shipped out again and we would get another email with tracking information. That was never received. We were told someone was on the case and we would get a call back. That never happened. Now every time I call I am disconnected."sorry we are not taking calls". This was for my husbands wedding band replacement for our 20th anniversary. They have completely ruined the surprise and I've basically had to tell my husband over and over again that it was on the way only to find it wasn't. I would never ever recommend this company.

Purchased a gorgeous engagement ring from Allurez. They were running a great sale that allowed me to get a ring that was more beautiful than I could've hoped when I began my search. I used their layaway option and their guest service was amazing, always replying to my emails within a few hours. Would definitely buy again!
I like the layaway option. When I received my necklace it was VERY small. I paid a similar amount for a much bigger star and chain. The pictures are quite misleading but the necklace is cute.
I purchased a ring from Applurez on November 30th as a replacement ring for my current wedding ring - I wanted to switch from yellow gold to white gold. I order the ring without a center stone, as I planned to have my existing 1.18 ct solitaire set into the new ring.
I received the ring and took it to my jeweler, who confirmed the prongs were the correct size for the stone and set the stone into the ring. That occurred in mid-December.
This past weekend, I realized that the diamond was missing... not just that it had fallen out of the prongs, which would have been the jeweler's fault, but that the entire head had separated from the ring (no prongs left at all). I have been trying to contact Allurez to get a refund for the ring (as my jeweler won't approve the ring to be used as part of my insurance claim due to the poor quality of the ring). I'm not trying to get them to cover the lost of the diamond, which is several thousand dollars... I just want to return the ring and get my money back, so that I can get a replacement that is approved by my insurance.
After waiting for days for a response, I received one today that is putting the blame on my jeweler and not taking responsibility for the fact that the company is the one that built the ring and attached the head/prongs. They are refusing any refund at all.
