I ordered a bracelet on May 6,2025 for Mother's Day. I paid $2,150 for it. I paid extra for expedited shipping which promised to arrive in time for mother's day. Per tracking number 1Z974E88A*******, it didn't arrive until May 20th, 14 days after I ordered it. I tried to cancel multiple times when i realized it wouldn't arrive by Mother's Day and Allurez refused. When it arrived, I immediately tried to initiate a refund. It took me 10 days, 9 emails, and 6 phone calls to obtain a return authorization, despite the promise of an "EasyReturns" policy on the website. Allurez received the bracelet on June 3rd. It took another 7 days, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls until I was finally told the refund was "processed" on June 4th. This was a lie. Today is June 16th, I've contacted my cc company 3 times and each time they are saying no refund has been processed or received. I've emailed Allurez another 3 times and called in twice. Each time, I get a generic apology and a promise to "follow up," which never happens. They lie and say they have no way to contact the "back office" or "management." This company is DEEPLY unethical and fraudulent. The internet is littered with numerous stories like mine. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
Allurez is a complete scam! A lot of what they say on their website is false! They claim to have a 30-day return policy, but when you try to return something, they usually don't answer the phone or respond to emails. If you search on Reddit, you'll find many victims.
Save your money i repeat save your money plz do not spend your money with allures! If u do that's on u! Takes a month to deliver my pendent with dents in it weight is off 3 grams 1000$ for 4.5 14k pendent with dents lol
Upon receiving my pendant, I noticed the circle around the center stone was bent, and the pendant did not have a 14 K stamp marking on it. I called my concerns in and the sales person told me that he would email me the address to send it back so they can address, the issues. To this date, they still have not sent me that email address but yet continue to send me emails to purchase more products and to review my past product. At this point it is a lesson learned.
Great ring but poor customer service. Emailed service several times with order number kept asking me to describe what I ordered. Tried to see if I could get item rushed no response had to call and then was told additional 2 weeks on top of the estimated shipment time. Which I understand it's estimated.
One is significantly less blue than the other, and both are barely blue.
I had a problem with an order and requested a return authorization code. According to their return policy an item can be returned for any reason but you must first contact them and obtain a return authorization code. Initially they interacted with me, but once they realized that I just wanted a return authorization code, they simply ghosted me. I would avoid them, there are plenty of other online jewelers that are upfront about if they accept returns or not.

Did not follow up with me on several occasions as he said he would
I had to be on hold for over an hour. And then when I got somebody because of an extra call the transaction time was difficult because the person I spoke with did not know specific details of your business.In a previous phone call I was told that I would get $200 off in this phone call I was initially told $100 off then I was told 150 off and it just added to the additional wrong information that I received.
The product is amazing, but getting an order update was a pain

Long af based on my delay initially. Long af response time. But nice diamond.
The overall experience was amazing and I got the ring I wanted for my wife with an amazing custom center stone. I did a lot of search and here was the only way I could get exactly what she wanted.
One minor issue is that it got delivered at the last possible date of the original window and only because I reached out and asked them to not engrave it and ship it asap, which means it is not engraved now.
I'm glad I found Allurez! This is my second purchase in the last six months. My new Antique Art Deco Aquamarine 14K stud earrings go beautifully with my Cushion-Cut Blue Topaz and Diamond Pendant Necklace. The purchase and delivery was seamless. Highly recommend Allurez.
Great product received. Customer Service takes a while to get back to you regarding questions asked. The shipping process takes a great deal of time. Quality Assurance took roughly 2 weeks after 2 weeks of construction. Once shipped however, that was quick. The whole process took about a month to get to me.
The ring was smaller than how the pictures show, but great quality. Took about a month and a couple weeks to ship vs the 2-14 days they advertise. I had to contact them weekly after a month went by to make sure I would get it on time, then I received the ring after two weeks of emailing them. They did reply 1 business day after I sent the email which I appreciated.
I felt that the communication could've definitely been better. The date that the item was supposed to have been shipped by came and went, and I had not received anything besides the original confirmation of my order. Despite contacting their customer service email and calling I received nothing until I filed the PayPal complaint and then suddenly a tracking number was issued. The ring is pretty. Lighter in weight than I imagined and I probably didn't get the best deal. But overall, the item arrived and is pretty. I just wish that the company had better customer service. I suspect that I would have been in trouble if I wanted to return the ring for any reason based on things that I've read online.
Every time an expectation was laid out. It was broken. It never mattered that it took over an extra 30 days. It was that I was told for four weeks straight. "Oh, it will ship tomorrow." Essentially. All notes and conversations were logged.
Don't lie, just tell the comustomer build time could be 30-60 days. No big deal. But the lying was inexcusable.
No response to email or phone inquiries. Product size was also misrepresented on the website.
