The pair of earrings I bought became my wife's favorite, despite owning some other very nice pieces. I ordered her a ring that I'm confident she'll love as well.
Allurez has messed up THREE different orders.The 1st was an exchange but the next two required a refund. Been WEEKS no refund yet! Web site says within 7 days. NOT SO! I do not trust them to get my order right and return shipping per their instructions was $157 which they will not refund even though the products I received were not as ordered. I will never do business with Allurez again.

(This will be long but definitely read) So, my fiance proposed with a custom ring he made on 8/30/20. A month after I had noticed on of the diamond's on the band has fallen out, a little disappointed but we didn't send it back just yet. About 3 months after I had more than 10 diamonds that had fallen out. We shipped it out. They did fix it and return it back to us.
But what really sucks we have to send it out 5 to 6 times now to get fixed because the diamonds just keep falling out.
We get ahold of customer service through email. Which is super easy! They respond the very next day and just ask for pictures then tell us how to send it back (we always have to pay for shipping to them which is no big deal)
This last time we sent them pictures of where the diamonds well out AND where the part the connects the band to the diamond had broken. We sent it out, got the ring back and it arrived with a missing diamond and the part still broke! We were very upset and disappointed. They had no issues of us sending it back and providing the label.
The customer service is fantastic. We have only had the one issue of the ring not being fixed when we got it back, but the quality of the ring just doesn't seem good since diamonds keep falling out. The fact that in 2 years we have had to send it back 5 to 6 times now is just heartbreaking.

From start to finish my experience with Allurez was anticipated to be a nightmare as soon as my fiancés engagement ring arrived … the diamond was not placed in its setting evenly, cracks in the 18k gold along with very poor craftsmanship led to, as you can see from the photo, a flawless 1.79kt diamond that fell out of its seat with no damage done to the ring whatsoever.
I was obliged to immediately send the ring back as my concerns for the rings future ultimately came to fruition… but coming out of the pandemic, and being rushed for time to get to my international wedding destination spot, we decided to bare with it and assumed we would fix it at a later time… the ring ultimately didn't last as predicted and fortunately when the stone popped out we were able to find it on the ground.
Moving on to the customer service side of things … once we were faced with this dilemma and my embarrassment in front of my family and wife were endured, I attempted, very calmly, to call Allurez to see what they could do to rectify the situation. They offered nothing other than to tell me I needed to ship the ring back to the East Coast and would assess the damage leaving no indication of how long we would be in limbo and had the audacity to remind me I would be paying for the shipping upon its repair.
My family and I discussed that option and decided all confidence in their business was lost at this point. This will be the last time I purchase a ring of such expense from any online jeweler. Lesson learned.
The ring was completely remade and I have now paid for 2 rings essentially… the quality of her ring now is further affirmation of the poorly crafted design that was sent to me from Allurez… it now appears exceptional / brilliant and seated as it should have been originally.
Thank you Allurez for nearly causing a major disruption in our wedding plans during the pandemic, the awful experience, along with the time lost with the ring on her finger (around 45 days), and my ultimate embarrassment in front of my in-laws…
Nothing wrong with the product but was not what I expected
OMG is there anything else to say about this company. I LOVE THEM! I have never met such a professional and loving company. Their jewelry is phenomenal, I wouldn't shop anywhere else. I just got into dental school and I love my Tooth Pendant Necklace. I was looking for one everywhere and I found this website they really did make me feel special.
Was concerned about the time it was taking to receive my item, not realizing it wasn't in stock but being handcrafted. You immediately processed my order and was sent to me by Express Mail. Excellent work!

I ordered the ring on 8/14 and it didn't ship until 9/6. I wouldn't have minded the wait if Allurez had been upfront about the wait time. They claim 1-7 days for non custom order, which mine was.
My husband absolutely loves his wedding band. I was able to customize it with a short special message on the inside as well.
I received the ring I ordered and the workmanship was good and was what I ordered the stones were smaller than advertised but the ring was still gorgeous. Customer service did not impress me at all. The ring was to be made and shipped between 2 and 14 days. It was over 30 days and numerous calls got numerous excuses. I had to get nasty to get it shipped.
