Took several weeks to get but finally arrived. Ordering was easy.
The items were a little large. I should have ordered one size down. They looked really nice. I may try to return and order a smaller size.
Out of a couple of items I wanted. Never could get my order to show free shipping so I took items out that should have given me the free shipping.
Always satisfied with item, it came as quickly as possible considering it was December.

I've enjoyed browsing and purchasing from this website featured on Pinterest. I've had spotty luck with clothing online, but good experiences keep me in the game. This time will be the last, probably. The coat arrived with an unpleasant chemical odor and strange felt-like fabrication, not wool. Not the garment shown online. The search for online return authorization led me into a loop of webchat no functioning, website email return site, all requiring an ORDER NUMBER. The invoice with the coat showed a different company and no order number. The coat bought thru Annie cloth site was made by different company. The invoice DID show a RETURNS ADDRESS, so after some backtracking thru PayPal I found original purchase order number. I shipped the coat to the invoice "returns address" with my letter outlining all order info, with numbers with request to refund original payment method. They sent me an email explaining they could not receive the coat as it was sent to an improper address, so no refund could be issued. But viewing the circumstances they offered to refund 50% of the price if I would please amend my comments. I have done so, with a fuller description of the actual experience, with a mindful warning: Buyer beware.

Nice items. Would like to know size model has on. Delivery tracking process is challenging.
The leggings were not as pretty as they show in the catalog. They are very soft just not what as pretty.
What happened to the 20% discount? Very confusing!

Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
