I purchased the Astro Bot PS5 controller and was severely disappointed with the shipping involved with my product. It was shipped in a plastic bag with absolutely zero padding or protection for the product itself. When "unwrapping" the order (instead of unboxing), it naturally suffered multiple dents and dings that could have been avoided by simply using a shipping box, even potentially without additional packaging. Terrible shipping care for a limited-time product.
