I ordered the Astro Bot controller and received it with the controller box itself in a plastic shipping bag. These controller boxes are not designed or tested for edge crush strength like shipping boxes so they get crushed during shipping.

My controller arrived with box crush damage and makes the box less presentable collection wise. The controller itself was fine and had no damage.

When I ordered the Concord controller from Sony's PS Direct, it came in a well packed box and had absolutely no damage to the controller box. This is how controllers should be shipped, not in a plastic bag.

The package arrived promptly, securely packed with all items intact. The box was in excellent condition, and the contents matched the description perfectly. Shipping was fast, and the tracking updates were accurate. Overall, a seamless experience with great attention to detail. Highly recommend this reliable service.

Decided to do a console upgrade and wanted one with a disc drive for backwards compatibility. ANTOnline was offering a good deal for a Series X, so I purchased it and they delivered it, and the bundled item, in excellent condition.

I was kind of nervous at first, because it's a company I wasn't familiar with. They had a great deal on the AMD Ryzen 9 7900X3D, so I took a chance. It was a great experience. The delivery was quick. The product was as expected at a very good deal. Thank you ANTOnline!

Order Xbox One X a week ago product info said 3-5 business days, its last day mail can run 10 year old wouldn't have Xmas! No transaction number, no tracking number! I'm stuck sitting up in bed wondering why they if my son will have what he wants for Christmas! So I made a purchase on Walmart.com and they were the seller and shipper. I placed the item in the cart and started the payment process. No suspecting the price would change, processed to process the payments and it changed in the middle of it. From $349 to $399. Called Walmart and they immediately put the price in Walmart and not them. It was there price and they changed it. I'm not the first consumer this has happened to with them on Walmart.com. Called them and they had no sympathy or care at all. Claimed they would reach out to me and never heard back from them. Walmart satisfied the issue with me and I got the help I should have got from Antonline. Thank you Walmart.

Id avoid this company. It's you ever try to talk to someone they just send automated response. They don't take the time to actually reply.
