I received the "placemats" I ordered, and I am extremely disappointed. What arrived is nothing more than sheets of paper — something I could have printed myself at home from a ream of paper. A placemat, by definition, is a durable table covering intended to protect surfaces. I was expecting proper plastic placemats, not flimsy paper sheets. I am devastated to think that I have paid nearly $300 for what amounts to overpriced paper. Your product description is misleading at best. You need to be much clearer in how you present this item, because what I received does not remotely qualify as a placemat.

I was blow away with the speed of communication and your support with my artwork, being that what I provided was of insufficient quality to be printed so large. Thank you for recreating the artwork at no extra charge. The cheque is excellent quality - bright, clear lines, sturdy and will definitely fill its purpose of reuse for our fundraiser for many years to come. It is 100% better than I anticipated. 🤟

Initially, the experience wasn't easy. If you don't drop everything the second their email proof arrives, they pretty much dump (close) your (paid) job straight exceedingly quickly. Then you can't find the job to take action. They foolishly send a review request when the job had not been done! However, I will say, that once I rang, they were on it and customer service was good. The job is finished, received and I'm happy with the results. They didn't ask, but I've upgraded by rating to 3 stars. Experience harder than it should have been, but results (and pricing) were good.

Answer: Yes, they are. They try and beat other companies on price, but then send shoddy products and tell you they will fix it with a repeat purchase at a discount
