I have contacted your business several times about my artwork proofs, but on both occasions, I was unable to view them properly as they were displayed too small. Your online process is also inadequate and clunky. I feel like I keep making the same complaint & it is never resolved. Unfortunately my second experience with banner buzz has been very unsatisfactory. I needed the head by a certain date, spent an additional $30 for priority shipping to then spend days trying to get the design right to not receive the head when I needed it and to my disappointment the quality was so poor that I won't ever use it. $100 wasted. My first experience was 5 star so I'm not sure what has happened.

We ordered 3 large banners with eyelets on top and a pipe channel on the bottom. They arrived with eyelets on ll four sides. The next issue was they were sent folded as opposed to rolled and were hence so badly creased they were virtually unusable. Despite multiple hours of heating and weighing the banners on attempt to remove the creases they are still unusable.

Answer: Yes, they are. They try and beat other companies on price, but then send shoddy products and tell you they will fix it with a repeat purchase at a discount
