You get an answering service when you call the posted customer service line. No one calls you back. They have a spot online to submit return requests. No one follows up. It has been over 2 weeks and no one has responded. I am currently out $975. Stay away!
They have sent us a mismatched mixing plate. Chat was useless. Opened a request, no response. Tried for 4 days to get an answer on this ticket, nothing. This is costing us money every day our contractor cannot complete this installation. Basically, if we wanted the shower, we'd have to turn the knob to the off position. If we wanted the jets, it would turn on the wand. Totally mismatched icons, and it's not even the plate that was supposed to come with our super expensive shower sets (both of them).
And on my fifth try, they hung up on me.

We got our shower set installed last week and just could not have asked for nay better than this. One small issue though delivery was a bit slower than expected non the less given the communication from Bath Select customer service we decided to give it a 5 star review.
I placed order for shower set on 5-8-20 and on 5-23-20 my order still hasn't been sent from Bath Select to FedEx to be shipped. I called Bath Select and was told they will call me back and yes you guessed it... No call back yet. BS has taken payment out of my account but cant seem to tell me why they aren't shipping the product. If you're on any kind of a reasonable time schedule do NOT order from BS. Saving 25 or 30 dollars by ordering from BS has not been worth the hassle.

I was a little bit nervous of buying the BathSelect Luna Thermostatic Digital Multi-Color LED Rain Shower Set because I wasn't sure how hard it would be to install. But, there was a great deal and I'm so happy I went with this shower set! It works exactly as described, being powered by the water flow and after couple months of installing and using it every day I can confidently say that it works with no problems and was actually easy to install. The customer service representatives were so nice and helpful, great customer service.
Marzena, Lisa and Marsha were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to see to it that I got a part that I told them was missing from an order I placed. They made sure that the part was sent to me by priority mail so that my contractors could install the shower I needed. I would definitely recommend BathSelect as a company that truly cares about customer service.
Have just installed the BathSelect Catania Allure Digital Led Waterfall Shower Set. Amazing works just perfect. Customer service at Bath select are very helpful.
We ordered 2 bathroom faucets and the matching shower head from Bath Select. I was very impressed how quickly it was delivered. The faucets and Shower system were installed by our contractor and look and work great. I just placed another order for a new faucet for my powder room.
Can't believe how beautiful their products are for the price I paid. I'm remodeling the kids bathroom and the master and was able to buy the faucets for three bathrooms for under the budget. Cheaper then buying from commercial stores and better quality.
We ordered a showerhead from bath select. The product was great. The only issue we had was the knobs did not line up perfectly and could not be adjusted. The customer service repeat were excellent and replaced the knobs for us. They were really great to deal with.

I purchased a beautiful exposed shower system. It was $567. When I received the system it was missing the part that attaches to the long rod on one end and the wall on the other. Can't install without this piece. They were helpful, said they'd ship it right away, and they did. Oops wrong part, send me another, oops, wrong part. Third time is a charm, nope, wrong part. Now 6 weeks in, holding up my renovation, starting to blame me. Insinuating I'm purposely holding up my project, costing me for the plumber and tile guy to make 2 useless trips and costing me hundreds of dollars. They start ignoring me, said they sent a rerun label but they didn't. I ended up having to purchase another system, I didn't like as much, and call AMEX to get my refund. Do not trust this company.
I got a fantastic top quality shower head from Bath Select. Prior to shopping here, I had been told I could get amazing shower sets here and I'm glad I followed people's recommendations. My plumber attested to the authenticity of the product I got. I also recommend this to everybody.
