BathSelect has been amazing! I have bought from them two separate times and everything was more than perfect! I would not hesitate to order from them again!

They charged me twice for a faucet (And denied doing so), sent the incorrect item (wrong finish, options, etc.), and then told me they do not accept returns, but if I sent an email with photos of the item, they might consider it. (This was done after being on hold for over 9 minutes.). Now I have the wrong faucet and have to waste time with my credit card company. I definitely do not recommend them.

I'm glad that I decided to do a bathroom renovation during this virus. This shower head is awesome I feel like I am at a spa. Also it was so easy to install. I would recommend it to anyone

I bought this faucet to use in my laundry room utility sink. Very good quality and looks much better than the older white plastic faucet it replaced. I love the chrome version of the Fontana faucet.

In 2017 I order BT6107DORB the shower arm missing parts. Just now installing so i am not sure if the parts missing are my fault or did not come, when i call cust service 1st got answering service told they would contact me within 24 hours. After 4 days i submitted an online email. After called them again 3 day online answering service. Still waiting.
