I bought the Valencia Rainfall waterfall shower set from bath select back in Jan Only had a chance to be installed back in April. I had bought the gold finish its brilliant gold perfect match for the rest of the bath fixtures. Surprisingly installation instructions was kind of basics so nothing was a surprise, and did not take much to install. All in all this shower set made the bathroom look more expensive. And bathselect deserve a 5 star.

We found at BathSelect great shower selections at reasonable price. I ended ordering 40" Monarc LED Shower Set for my master bathroom Odele Shower Set for my guest bathroom. Both shower sets are just great and feels heavy. The contractor installed them end of March this year and we our happy with our purchase. All in all this has been a pleasant experience with BathSelect and customer service has been very friendly all the time. We had to give 4 star for slow shipping since we were under tight schedule and delivery game a day later than expected.

I wanted a shower head that wasn't stationary in order to clean my shower. Wella RainShower Head System Color Changing Water Powered Led Shower with Adjustable Body Jets served the purpose quite well. We are quite pleased with the various settings, the pressure and the two separate heads. I can now spray my shower glass with the hose head when I am cleaning it. And thanks to BathSelect's Customer Service team for amazing support for finding me suitable shower head.

They are a scam. We bought a shower kit from them. They were very nice but then we found out from our plumber we could not use it because it would not meet code. So we tried to cancel the order but they said it was too late. When we received the item we never opened the box and returned it at our expense which was fine. Then they charged us 15% stocking fee- $120. WHAT? They don't return phone calls. Please save your self the aggravation and don't deal with them

We got a very nice shower the material is stainless material and we had it installed 3 weeks ago. Bathselect customer service was helpful all the way in the product selection and the technical aspect. When we got the shower set we did everything is included in the box which was great the shower set was complete ready to install. Our only concern was the delivery schedule although it said ships within 24 hours but if you order the product on Friday (that's what we did) it won't ship till Monday which was a setback. Other than that we are pleased with our purchase.

I replaced an older low flow shower head with BT6107DORB. It's a great upgrade for sure. First thing, installation is incredibly simple. Just unscrew the old shower head, wrap a little Teflon tape on the threads and screw this one on. As for the head itself, the pressure on this shower head is excellent. I absolutely love the option to be able to use the handle and It is easy to clean which is especially important to me because I have hard water. The hose has plenty of length and is perfect for bathing my dog or my toddler!

Wow amazing purchased from Bathselect the Milan Bathroom Shower Set with Square Rainfall Shower Head & Body Massage Jets and got it installed last week. I must say I have done many searches for such a shower system but found non comparable to this one. My order arrived on time and When I inspected the package with my contractor we were both pleased that all the parts came with the package ready to install. We did not find any part flimsy or non brass everything was solid. My contractor also was pleased with the clear and simple installation instructions. Bathselect customer service was very helpful all the way in answering all my questions. Thumps up for a great product and service. Will shop again for sure!

Terrible Dishonest Company! Both the quality of the products they sell AND their customer service is lacking drastically! They do not honor their published return policy. Very unfriendly and difficult to deal with.

We purchased a shower head from them thinking the products they would provide would be of a higher quality. When we received the product, we took it out of the box, looked at it and noticed that the quality was lacking and placed it back in the box, nothing more. We did not install it, did not connect any water supplies to it, absolutely nothing. Just out of the box and back in. So we checked the return policy which stated the item could be returned if unused. We paid $40 for return shipping, and once they received it, they stated that the shower head had been "installed" providing a photo which showed no wear or use whatsoever. I went back and forth with them for over a week until I simply decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I don't plan on ever doing business with Bath Select again, and highly recommend against anyone purchasing anything from them.

I have tried different brands when it comes to bathroom supplies but not even a single one of them has lived upto my expectations. There is a wide variety of beautiful products that you could choose from and you will find everything you need including gold finish supplies, LED Color changing shower heads and so much more! Apart from being good looking their products are also high-quality. I have replaced the everything in my bathroom and kitchen with supplies from Bath Select and don't have even a single regret!

I purchased some products for my new bathroom at BathSelect and they were nice and cool (a. O. big shower-head with led-lights).
Good website, reasonably priced, easy to order and quickly delivered. All you want from a good (web-) store.
After some time I discovered a manufacturing problem at the shower-head, contacted BathSelect and they promptly sent me a replacement. Good quality service!

Can recommend BathSelect and certainly will buy more products myself.

Bought from Bath select the Platinum Shower Set with 5 Functions and came on time. Must say this is probably the Best shower system I have ever used material was all stainless steel and solid brass NO plastic parts whatsoever. The LED shower is just amazing changed my showering experience. It feels like in you in some fancy spa. Just simply love it and thanks customer service at Bath Select you guys have always been helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend :)

We have made 2 purchase in the past 3 month. First we ordered for our master bath the Dijon 22" LED Color Changing Thermostatic Waterfall Rain Shower System and later within a month we ordered the Cecilia Stainless Steel Shower Set. We were sucsseful for Both our purchases the shower sets were stunning the quality of material are no doubt solid brass no plastic parts like you might get from other stores. The installation instructions were clear and simple although we ran into a small issue when installing the 2nd shower set but Bath Select customer service was professional enough to resolve it immediately.
