This was my go to store in the 90's, I spent ALOT of money at Bebe's to the point the gals that worked there knew me by name and would call me when something came in that they knew I would like. I am still friends with one of them to this day. I was SO disappointed when they closed all the stores.

I ordered a dress and when I received it it was not the quality or material I thought it was going to be by the picture and it was too small, so I returned it. It reminded me of some other dresses I ordered on Amazon not realizing they were coming from China... they were really difficult to return and they only offer a portion of what you paid for it.
Bebe's received the return over a week ago and have yet to refund my money. Not only are they charging for the shipping but there is an additional charge of $10 for just the return label. Seriously $10 for a return label! So the refund is less then what I paid for the dress. The gal told me it could take 7-10 days for the refund after they inspect the package.

I feel like I'm dealing with one of the online stores in China.

SADLY I WILL NOT ORDER FROM BEBE'S AGAIN!

Poor Business Practices

Something has changed with Bebe.com and not for the better. Their return policy has gotten worse. If you return something and used a gift card for any portion, they will not refund to the credit card if even if your purchase exceeded the gift card amount by a large margin. After repeated issues with returns, I will never order from them again. Too bad too, because I used to love this clothing line.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had been a Bebe customer for years until I bought a couple of item on the new online-only store. The quality of all but a few items was unbelievably poor. Not the Bebe I knew. I called a couple of times to follow up on my order and the service was equally bad. I will never buy from Bebe again. It's very disappointing what has become of what was once a very successful brand.

This is a follow up for the review I posted on 1. 7. 2020. After waiting for another 3 days, I still haven't gotten any email from bebe so I decided to call them AGAIN. Their resolution was that I had used my own carrier to return the items so I have to contact USPS and have them ship the items back to their warehouse. Mind you, they were the ones who sent me that wrong label and they were denying it saying that they sent me a UPS label and not the USPS. This is BS! I even had a screenshot of the label they sent me and I still have a copy of my usps receipt. I spoke to 3 consultants and finally got hold of the manager and guess what?! He was saying how I may have accidentally downloaded a wrong label. They are a bunch of liars. If you decide to buy from bebe, don't bother think of returning your items to get a refund because they will say you shipped the items to a different warehouse they don't use anymore when it is clearly not your fault. All the manager said was "There is nothing I can do for you." My last words to him were "I will never shop with bebe again!" I'm telling all my friends who shop with bebe to stop immediately otherwise you will end up in a situation like me. Customer service sucks big time. Manager doesn't do crap. So save the headache and don't even bother shopping with them.

After being stalked by ads on my Facebook page I finally broke down and purchased a 1/2 denim 1/2 hoodie dress for my birthday. I ordered it on 11/24 and by 12/4 I still had not received it, even with paying for expedited shipping. I called for status and was told by the representative that the dress was currently "out of stock" and that I would not be charged until it shipped. I informed her that it had ALREADY been deducted from my account and that I could provide proof if necessary. I asked that the order be cancelled and a refund submitted, she told me she was unable to do so and that I would have to wait until I receive it, send it back, pay for the return label, and then my refund would be issued. I called my bank and explained what happened (filed a claim) and they took care of it. On 12/5 I came home and found the "out of stock" dress on my porch, but according to my Bebe account the order still showed as "unfulfilled". I contacted Bebe again and they told me the process for submitting the return, and I in turn had to pay $10 for the label when originally shipping was on $7. I paid $44.29 and was only being offered $26.73 back from them. I just called today 1/9 and spoke with Bebe again and was told that they have yet to issue my refund because I filed a claim with my bank. I would need to call my bank and cancel the claim before they would issue. BULL$#*!! Never again will I shop with this piece of $#*! company. Ever since they closed their stores, they are trash!

Defective shoes!

How about this one? I bought a pair of shoes/sneakers... Bebe brand... from Marshall's about a month ago. The heel on one of the shoes has collapsed on the inside. There is no way I can wear them! I've contacted Bebe many times now and they tell me "sorry" there is nothing they can do about it because I bought them at a store and not t online. Well Marshall's will not take them back either. So now I am stuck with a 40.00 pair o f sneakers I can't wear! So... i'm Assuming Bebe is dealing seconds to the department stores now!

I purchased two items from bebe in November of 2019 and I had to return them because they didn't fit me well. Bebe had sent me a wrong prepaid label which was sent to the warehouse instead of their other location in California. I called customer service twice regarding my refund and the consultant had the nerve to tell me that I had to contact USPS to have them ship the items to the other location. It was confirmed that bebe had already received the items at the warehouse. Why in the world do I need to wait an extra 3 days for them to look into the situation? It's been almost 2 months and I still haven't gotten my refund. Ever since BeBe went online, everything has gone downhill. They take forever to issue a refund and the quality of their clothes are really bad. After this incident, I will not shop with them anymore.

Bebe was always my go to store. Their clothes started getting weird and not fitting well right before they left the malls. I still have stuff from BEBE from the 90s and it is literally timeless. I still wear them! I miss this place. The online store is horrible. You cant even see what the clothes look like from multiple angles. They only show one side. Horrible. I miss the old company. And whoever was the buyer for them back then, genius!

Bebe was allways my favorite store. I spended thousands of dollars, i liked almost all items, were so modern, fancy and price affordable. Now they changed, bad fashion style, not modern, ugly and bad quality. What happened? They need to come back on the market but with better stuff, i allways check their online website in a hope to find something nice, but nothing looks really modern, very old fashioned now... unfortunately... they really need to change the person who style their clothes, they need a better designer... was my favorite, and i feel bad because now its so bad... i still hope one day to see on the website better clothes but i lost all my hope... so sorry for that... Bebe, please come back better then never! I want to shop some really nice clothes, like you had before

The worst

They have the worst customer service! Always falls on customers regardless of what issue is. 2 day shipping 12 days later items have not arrived yet they take money from your account within minutes of purchase. Yet getting a refund is a totally different story. Never able to resolve an issue always have to check and get back to you. Yet no one ever gets back to you. Not to mention the quality has changed of the years and some of the styles are just plain ugly. Do not shop here. Much better reputable competitors who actually care about customer satisfaction.

I post a order on 12/1/19 and I paid $20 for 2 days delivery. 2 days later my items didn't arrived, I called bebe and they told me it was shipped, them I called Ups and they told me it was a label created 2 days ago but they haven get the physical merchandise. This company is horrible people they should be out of business..

BOGUS COMPANY -10!

I was looking at buying a pair of shoes, filled out my info, then proceded to look for shipping details (cost, length of time). I never confirmed the order or authorized the payment, but next thing I know, I got an email thanking me for my order! I immediately sent back a reply email that I didn't authorize the transaction. This was on July 30,2019. After a few days (August 2,2019), I received a form letter from them saying please give them a chance, that my support is important to their business. So I KNOW they received my correspondence, but didn't cancel the order. These emails went back and forth almost daily, with no real acknowledgement of my requst to return my money, which was taken out of my account on August 1,2019. On August 12,2019, I got an email saying my order (#5298) had shipped. Again, I sent an email requesting a refund. On August 13,2019, they replied that since parcel had shipped, they could not change for me now, hope I could understand. Well I CAN NOT understand! They corresponded with me for 2 weeks prior to shipping. I would like my money returned to me. Thank you for your time.

Worst expereance ever

Ordered 2 pair of shoes took 2 months to come in. After the first month I contacted them they told me that they checked ever pair before they go out. One pair was two different sizes. So much for checking ever pair that goes out. I got no invoice or address to return in the packed so was not able to just return. So have been emailing them for another 3 months because when I asked for phone number they said the only way I could contact them was by email.

I placed my order on July 15, I bought 5 dresses! It was supposed to they delivered between 4 to 7 days. Never happened! I started call to ask how many days will take do deliver and they said when shipped we will send email to you. So, I requested for cancel and give my money back. The costumer service told me they need two days do verify and approve my request. I called they back today and costumer service said they don`t know how many days to resolve this. Really? They didn`t delivered on time now they don`t give my money back?! I have been a costumer for a long time, this situation is totally disrespectful. Furthermore, I placed two orders that I paid for shipping two days, THEY NEVER DELIVERED ON EXPECTED DAY! So dissapoiment!

I ordered a jumpsuit on 7/22/2019, in hopes of receiving it for a special occasion the following week. I was told I'd get a confirmation email when the item was shipped. One week later, 7/29/2019, I still haven't received any email saying it has been shipped. I then called customer service to check the status, and I was informed that they were experiencing shipping delays due to massive amounts of orders. I was never notified of this at all, and the money was withdrawn from my account on the day I ordered it! So, with that being said, one week later I still don't have my item, not has it been shipped, and they already took my money. I was told that I could speak with a supervisor but I had to wait another 24-48 hours for that request to be put in! Unbelievable, don't ever order from this company, they are scammers. I have placed many orders prior to this and haven't had this happen, but I will no longer be shopping with BEBE. Thank you, beware...

Ordered two pair of sandals.
One pair was different size the other I can't even get my foot in,
Not enough material.?

The sandals obviously weren't checked before they were sent out to me
Otherwise the fault would have been noticed.

I placed orders from Bebe.com with promising discount prices. Orders never arrived on "discount prices". Likewise, orders with full prices or higher prices are taking effective sooner than expected. Bad customer services: emails sent to ask for the status of orders of more than 3 weeks, still no responses.

I ordered sandals, received them and returned then to the return address on the package. The post office delivered then on June 3 and a person there accepted them. Since then emails go back and forth almost every other day. They just write that the address is incorrect even though I sent them the notice from the post office. I know that I should just stop because they'll never refund my money but I can't. The sandals are insured but they were returned. Beware!
