I bought some items at bebe.com and got two separeted shipments. One containing the right items and the second one with the wrong item. Its been a month, never got the right items, I was instructed to return the wrong item, which I did and now they are full of bs saying they didnt get it and they cant refund me. Worst customer service in the world, my items costed almost $300 and I am pissed to think they wont refund it. I am so disappointed and frustrated. DONT BUY AT BEBE. They are not professional and trustworthy.
I have gone to Bebe as my go to for special occasion dresses for years. They recently closed their Keysonte Indianapolis location which should have been a red flag. I ordered 3 dresses online for my birthday. They were shipped out in two separate shipments. I received the wrong item and have never had such a tough time with customer service. I was forced to reorder the same item and send the old item back. I am still waiting for a refund a month later. Customer service was TERRIBLE. I will not be ordering from them again.
Beware when buying online! I ordered multiple items online and one of the tops showed up as a final sale. I would never order a top online I couldn't return. I feel this item wasn't clearly marked "final sale" when purchased. Bebe customer service refused to take the top back. I have been a loyal customer for 22 years spending thousands of dollars on merchandise many years in a row. I will NOT be shopping here again. Horrible customer service.
I suggest shopping at stores like Nordstroms that have the ultimate customer service.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST UNBEARABLE. I PLACED AN ORDER AND REALIZED THAT I HAD ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND 5 MINUTES LATER CALLED TO CHANGE THE SIZE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY COULD NOT CHANGE THE SIZE, THEY COULD ONLY CANCEL THE ORDER, THEREFORE, THEY TOLD ME THEY CANCELED THE ORDER AND WILL PROCESS A REFUND. I REPLACED THE ORDER AND THEY NEVER CANCELLED THE FIRST ORDER AND SHIPPED BOTH ORDERS AND CHARGED MY CC TWO TIMES. THEY ARE HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TO TOP IT OFF, WHEN WE CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE ARE CALLING A FOREIGN COUNTRY. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER THAT WOULD SPEND LOTS OF MONEY WITH BEBE.
WORST OVER-THE-PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed an order on line and cancelled it the next day. Soon after I received an email confirming my order cancellation. The following day the item was still shipped to me and my card was charged. Right now I am trying to return the item back to the store. Called the Client ServiceS number *******777 to request a shipping label. The phone representative Tracey barely speaks english, asks absolute nonsense, doesn't understand what I am asking her. Furthermore, in the background someone is telling her to tell me that they can't provide a shipping label and instead I should use any carrier of my choice.
What kind of service is this?! We live in a 21st century and any reputable business should be able to email their customer a shipping label. Not to mention, any reputable US business should employ an english speaking customer representative!
Ordered a dress over $100 for an occasion and paid for 2-day shipping. Never got delivered so I tracked it and it said it was sent back to the company. Called customer service and got no explanation for why it was sent back, but was told to repurchase it and pay for 2-day shipping again. NEEDED THIS DRESS ASAP. Not ordering from here again.
I ordered a dress over 100$ cost and that was really big. Basically it didn't match their size chart on the site.
When I sent it back I got no refunds for 3 weeks. I called their support and they told it's not a refundable item. The support center is on phillipines and their ladies were completely clueless. They were not able to contact me with any supervisor. Why shall I pay for something which doesn't match the size even? This is the first refuse to pay refunds for all my 30 years.
Never ever will do any purchases with its brand again
I returned my items to Bebe.com using their UPS label and they received it a few days later. I have a UPS tracking number confirmation.
When I called Bebe to ask why my refund wasn't processed they told me they never received it.
It's been over 6 weeks and my refund still wasn't processed because Bebe is doing investigation to find my package even though UPS tracking # clearly shows its been received and signed for.
Does anyone else have this issue?
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! This is the worst company ever. I have made quite a few purchases from Bebe before but never again and I will make sure everyone I know does not purchase from here either. I ordered a dress that was supposed to be an XS but was extremely stretched out and was pretty much a large so the next business day I shipped it back. It looked nothing like the picture and was extremely heavy. I did not try the dress on as I knew it was too big and stretched and did not like it just by looking at it. It has been about one month and still no refund and no word from the company. I gave them a call today and was told by the representative that there is a black stain on the dress so they cannot refund my money. As the conversation went on, the representative stated that there were black stains, as in multiple stains, not just one as she had initially stated. When I asked her to clarify if there was one stain or multiple stains, she could not. Regardless, it is not possible that the dress was damaged on my end as the dress was not worn. I asked to speak to a manager and I asked why it has been about one month and I have not received any word from the company about not getting my refund or why the dress has not been returned back to me. She told me that I should have recevied an email stating that I was not getting a refund and the reason why. I never received an email. If the item is damaged, it was from their own company just as the dress was extremely stretched out. Nonetheless, if you pay for an item and there is an issue when it is returned, you do not wait one month until the customer contacts you to inform them of the issue. I will never order from Bebe again and I will make sure everyone I know does not either.
This wokers here are your typical stupid, rude, and stuck up $#*!es. I would never recommend this place to shop at. They have terrible customer service. Only rated this as a 1 star because it does not give the option to rate as a 0.
The return policy at Bebe is rigid and ridiculous! For example, if you buy a Christmas gift for someone on Black Friday, they won't be able to return it. Returns are limited to 21 days - no exceptions! Plus, if you return an online order to a store, there's a good chance you'll be "scolded" about not coming in to the store to try on the clothing.

Looking at their designs... I dont think it's worth the price at all.
I love their bandage fabric materials, it sucks in 10 lbs of any girl immediately. However the designs are not making up for it, sadly.
I would like share my experience for the store located at Chinook mall I bought a dress for my girlfriend for her birthday which was really pretty she loved it. It was around 150$. She loved it too but when she tried it was tight for her so she packed the dress. And today I went back to return it the girl there refused to take it back because she said I removed the tag. I showed her the tag is attached to the dress but she was so rude. When I asked her to call the manager she said she is the manager and this is her store she decides what to take back or what not. I requested her so much that don't give me the money back at least give me the store credit so that she can buy different size but she was so rude that she don't wanted to listen anything. She said she is the store manager. This is the experience store with zero customer service. They don't appreciate customers at all. The worst service I have ever got. Before opening the store this company should give some customer service course to their managers. I am in customer service from long time I never let my customer leave the store upset but this manager said I don't care. I told her that this 150$ is garbage for me she said she don't care. Very upset and disappointing. They lost a customer for 150$. Good job Bebe
I hate that I need to post a bad comment, but TODAY I just had THE WORST experience with a purchase I made online from bebe.com. My sister placed an order on line for some clothing for me without me knowing and when I saw the order and realized that they were final sale I called BEBE right away and I asked them to cancel the order and they said that the order was shipped already. They told me they that they will make an exception this time and they will refund me the money when I return the item. I did return the items and I placed another order for the right sizes. When I called them to ask for the refund they said that the return was rejected because the person I spoke to he didnt document anything in there system.
This was absolutely terrible experience and its really sad for a good brand like bebe. Because of unprofessional customer service like this they lost me as a regular customer. I never will order or buy something again from bebe.

Bebe just lost a customer. I went to return an item that was past their 21 day return policy and in the past, they have given store credit. The first issue is that they will no longer do that and never announced this change. Next, they told me I could apply my return to another purchase that day. I did not have time to shop for a replacement item that day so came back a week later with my return and when I went to apply it to the new item, I was blatantly refused. They asked me who I spoke to previously and when I described her, they still refused. I told them I was doing EXACTLY WHAT THEY TOLD ME TO DO one week prior and they did not care. They said I could call the District Manager and then they WALKED AWAY from me. There is no consistency to what they tell customers, they apply policies haphazardly, and they were inexcusably rude about the entire situation. Ironically, they would have made MORE money from the new item I was purchasing but instead chose to lose a customer over honoring what they told me - that is customer deception, not customer service. I see why their stock is falling and their stores are closing.
I received an item that was damaged. Was unable to get a new one shipped at the price I first purchased with promotion. I posted review online and long be hold it disappeared! I now believe in magic! The following few days a male calls me and asks about my experience and explaining why they cannot honor the first price I paid. He offered 10% off my next order. I declined. The worst part was when I went online to review a product they erased the poor review. That is not a very good move on their part. Very sneaky and not honest. Shop on nastygal! Nastygal allows people to put up real reviews not the ones they chose. Come on Bebe! Can't you just be real?
The website is very unreliable, whatever you see on sale price is just to get customers attention. I bought a dress on sale price and after they emailed me the delivery date, they cancelled my order and put the dress on regular price. Why do they even put it on sale? Just to attract the customer? They charged me shipment fee after I got free shipment. This is a big company and scamming their customer...
Was shipped the wrong order. It took 4 weeks and several phone calls to get the return and refund done. If you're lucky, you'll never have to speak with Charlette, a supervisor in customer "service." She truly could not care less about customers or being professional. If you have that much disdain for your long-time patrons, learn to hide it a bit.
Bebe is my place for body con dresses but quality is bad sadly/
