The iPhone I received is just as described and the service and communication with Becex was excellent..
Great watch for a great price, quick delivery. Perfect for my needs. Easy transaction, secure payment.
I bought a Tamron 150-400 lens for my Sony. The price was very competitive and the lens was delivered, free, inside the promised time in prefect condition. I've always had good experiences with BecexTech in the past, too.
Arrived on time and as per description. Arrival details could be a bit better.
I purchased a new mobile phone. The order process was easy, price was excellent. Would recommend seller. Would purchase again from seller.
Product received in good condition and on time promised. Very happy with transaction.
Was replacing a relatives iPhone 6 for an iPhone 12 mini. The phone arrived on time and as described is just like new at a fraction of the cost. Would buy from Becextech again.
I orded a new phone from BecexTech, but prior to doing so I firstly reached out with technical questions and comments, I am happy to confirm all those questions were answered promptly. It's a shame we don't have stores in Australia with the same expertise.
The package arrived within five business days in a tamper proof sercuity sealed box. The product works exactly as discribed.
BecexTech are a great bunch of people and have delivered to their word. Thanks BecexTech for supplying fantastic products and service...
I ordered a Samsung tab and a Case on 25 October. A week later received a Tab only without the Case I've ordered together. When I opened the tab I found it's designed for the Middle East region. I couldn't choose Australia as my country on the tab. It has only a few Arab countries in its list to choose at the initial setup stage.
Now I'm still waiting for the Case to be delivered I don't know how long it will take.
I thought communication was slow, I didn't receive a tracking number until I have emailed twice.
I ordered a Google Pixel 9 XL and a case. But I only received the phone no case, although the case was only $15.00 it is disappointing that such a large company does not have good enough quality checks that allows orders to be posted when not filled.
Product as per description. Good tracking of delivery
I have received my order, but it was left on my doorstep without signature. Even I called twice and asked the delivery company to deliver my order on certain day, but it was ignored. I was not at home and the order was expensive purchase.
Good. Great price, product as expected customer service excellent. Could improve notification and tracking advice but not a biggie given everything else
Lacked communication in terms of delivery time. No delivery timeframes upon ordering and had to chase it up myself. Took two weeks to receive the phone from ordering. Product arrived in expected condition. Customer service did respond promptly but weren't able to assist very much.
Products arrive in good condition.
However, delivery took longer than expected - otherwise, all good.
Enquiries were responded to promptly.
Good service, had a question and they answered immediately, product was delivered quickly and in good condition.
Answer: Sheer exhaustion from looking at too many phones on ebay and amazon. Should have stuck with ebay... more accountability
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
Answer: Only by email and only one email per day so very delayed response
