Phone good service good delivery good. I would recommend to friends and family.
Order was late, incomplete and defective with poor *******@becextech.co.nz.
For a month now I have been trying to get either the phone I ordered repaired, a replacement or a refund. I have sent the phone back at substantial additional cost to me. At no stage has Becextech ever initiated contact to inform of delays, I have had to contact them. There customer service phone line is disconnected so all contact is via email. The answer is always..." a few more days". That day never comes. I personally think it is a scam. Do not believe anything they say either on their flashy website about delivery times, customer service or there refund terms. Their website says 3 to 5 days, I asked for the postage to be refunded nearly three weeks ago...still haven't said they will.
I hope no-one else makes the decision to buy off them and gets ripped off like me.
Goods arrived safely. It took around seven days. It was packed nicely.
Phone and price very good
A bit more communication when it takes more than two weeks to receive the item
I ordered a camera body and adapter from BecexTech. I was more than happy with the purchase price. Once the order was completed, I was continually updated with a delivery schedule. The order was delivered in a safe and timely manner. If I wanted to save money on a further purchase, I certainly would do so with confidence.
I highly recommend staying away from BecexTech Australia. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for a product that was supposedly "in stock," yet here I am, weeks later, still waiting for it to be dispatched. Every time I follow up, I get the same frustrating responses—"We'll update you soon" or "The warehouse team is still checking." It's clear that they have no real inventory and are likely operating out of a small, virtual setup with no real connection to any warehouse. The lack of transparency and the endless delays make it evident that this is not a trustworthy store. Despite multiple requests, they have still not refunded my money. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this store. You'll only end up wasting your time and money.
I had ordered a phone from their website and I never received it. (It got return back to the seller and now seller is refusing to refund me my full money.) My order was attempted to deliver but the FedEx never called or rang my door bell ring so I didn't know my package was out there. My pacakge then was later placed in Walgreens for pickup but since I was using nickname to order, the name didn't match my id so the Walgreens refused to give me my package. I contacted FedEx about it and they said it will be send back to the seller so I contacted the seller about it too after few days and the seller said they received the pacakge back. And when I asked them to refund my money, they said I gotta pay them fees because the package got sent back to them, for restocking fees and for shipping? When I ordered it, the shipping for free, it was in stock too and I had contacted the FedEx about all these fees if I need to pay them and FedEx said I don't need to pay anything but this seller keeps on insisting me to pay them random fees which I am not obligated too. I checked their website reviews and it was really negative too so now it all makes sense to me. I told them let's settle this at court claim since I know it's a scam but they keep on ignoring my email about it and keeps on insisting me to pay the fees.
I ordered a Sony RX10 iv from this site around the the first of December at a very attractive price and the website showed the camera as " in stock". About a week later the website showed my order as backordered. The site continues to list the item at a higher price and says it is in stock. To their credit, they have answered every email within 48 hours, but it shows no ETA for shipping. Meanwhile my money is being held hostage. I think they just realized they didn't want to sell the camera at the price I bought it for…$838. It is now listed at over $1200. I finally gave up and asked them to cancel and refund. I am just praying they are reputable enough to refund my money.
I ordered a new Samsung phone worth $1054. They took my money (billed by Julian Technology) then told me it wasn't in stock. They offered another worth $130 more which I didn't want. Numerous emails (14) followed back and forth for 10 days, each day with me requesting (then insistiing) a refund and their reply was to offer another alternative phone or refund.
'I am requesting cancellation first from the warehouse. Please bear with me as they are currently checking your order's latest status.' etc were the replies. Emails generally taking a day each time for an answer from them so this has been drawn out far too long already.
I have contacted Consumer Affairs and my bank as I still do not have a refund.
Extremely unhappy customer!
The transaction went great, I am pleased that there is a great selection and was pleased with the prices.
Purchased Iphone SE 3RD GEN 28/4 they send wrong phone a GEN 2 (suspiciously) to see if i knew the difference...hey mistakes happen...they wouldnt send me the right phone until they received wrong phone they sent and inspected it,after receiving they still didnt send original order after daily emails to them as their phone number never picks up finally refunded me on the 18/5... 3 weeks of nightmares customer service is pathetic wont be spending a cent there again!
I have ordered one plus cell phone, it said the phone usually leave the warehouse within 1- 3 business days, after 6 days, I have not received any notification about the shipment, when I checked the order status, it still showing under processing, after I send email to customer service, I was told they will check the shipping department whether they have dispatched my order, one more day passed, no update.
I hope I could give this site a 0 star.
BecexTech.com is a great way to sell your products. They have a lot of customers from all over the world and they have a good reputation. The marketplace is also very easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to sell their products online!

The phone got delivered on 9th of March 2023 and I received it on 15th March 2023.
While inspecting the phone I noticed significant marks and it appeared dirty and used. I made contact with you immediately and attached photographs of the received phone on 15th March 2023. After the initial reply and asking me to wait for further instructions, I received an email on 18th March 2023 outlining the process of returning the phone as well as a postage label. I used the label and followed all the given instructions.
I expect a full refund immediately.
Kind regards
Michele
I'm taking these Muppets to court, accusing me of all kinds of stuff, paid $1100 for a phone only to fail a week later and they refusing warranty, I have no option to now sue for damages, not concerned as I've been here before with other cowboy companies and won with costs paid.
I found the delivery information, delayed, however, once the order began to proceed, I found the information process to improve. I would be happy to use your service again and would recommend BecexTech to others.
I was very pleased with the responsiveness of supply - the package arrived undamaged and well packed.
The order was placed with them through Kogan and was supposed to be dispatched maximum on 14/02. Upto 16/02 They didn't send it nor contacted me. I contacted them, they said they didn't have stock and asked me to wait till 21/02. I waited and nothing happened. Then I asked for a refund. They asked me to pay extra and get the higher-spec phone and I should do it quickly before the higher-spec stock run out. I did pay extra. Then later I found that they charged me more than their listed price, and the postage was delayed because it was from Hong Kong not Australia. I ended up receiving the order on 28/02. Bad experience. I could have paid less and got it quicker if ordered from another supplier.
This is my last time buying from them or from Kogan platform.
Ordered due to the 1-3 day despatch. After a week it was clear they didn't have the product, after weak excuses like "the warehouse is looking for it…it was a $4k lens. Wanted a refund, on a Sunday they contacted me to say they had received more stock but still didn't manage to despatch anything - did they have it or just an excuse to delay the refund? Finally a refund after 3 weeks. So disappointed with the whole experience.
Answer: Sheer exhaustion from looking at too many phones on ebay and amazon. Should have stuck with ebay... more accountability
Answer: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. DEVICES ARE FROM HONG KONG AND COMPANY TRIES TO AVOID AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW AT ALL COST. I had my MacBook Pro that I purchased less than two years ago. This company did not respond until I threatened to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. They made me wait 15 full days to tell me that their compliance officer says they will cover my device under ACL if it is not physical damage. The 15 day wait period to tell me I was covered was a joke - especially how it is legislation in Australia. I went to the Apple store near my city to ensure my MacBook Pro was up to standard without any issues. They told me the device exhibited 'minor wear and tear' and that the issue would not be covered under ACL because it was an International Model (grey model) - I had to go through BecexTech to get it repaired. BecexTech wanted me to pay for shipping and send the device to their Melbourne store. It took a total of 32 days for my product to get assessed by BecexTech. BecexTech refused ACL coverage because the device exhibited 'extreme impact marks' and they wanted me to pay $760 for a repair. I contacted Apple who previously assessed my device and they stated the device was not assessed by BecexTech internally. BecexTech made the assumption without even opening the device or committing to a hardware test. BecexTech reregistered my MacBook into a Chinese name and took full control over my device and its serial number. I was dealing with Ryan for almost 2 months - he was pathetic and I am sure many of you have dealt with this ignoramus. He would refuse Apples official word that the device was not assessed properly and would force me to pay for the repair + shipping back to me. I provided him evidence that this issue was widespread and not caused by the 'minor damage' which was deemed at my local Apple Store which I was present to. BecexTech is a Chinese company - all of their names are aliases to fool you into thinking you are talking to an Australian. BecexTech continued to refuse me to a fair assessment under ACL and would not get the device assessed at their own local Apple Store. It was either me paying for the repair or paying for the return. I spent more than two months requesting BecexTech to reassess with Apple. They did not comply and continued to send repeated emails saying "I reject your notion" Australian consumer law legislation states that the damage must 'cause' the problem. They did not state how the damage 'caused' the issue. This company has been in trouble with ACCC before - you can look at the full report online. It is best that you do not deal with BecexTech. If I can convince at least one of you to not purchase their products I would be satisfied. There is simply a lot more that I can talk about but all I can say is DO NOT BUY from BECEXTECH. At least Apple offered to cover it because I took it to my store and actually explained the issue to them. They did a hardware check and spoke to the manager and covered it despite it was a Hong Kong model. It was that simple and you people couldn't even commit to that. Ryan and Zlatan - if you are reading this, stop copy and pasting your premade templates of "I reject your notion" and actually get a life. Your company is trading illegally.
Answer: Only by email and only one email per day so very delayed response
