I wanted to book with the hotel directly. I called the number listed for the hotel and they answered. I asked if this was the I Hotel and they said yes. I booked and was first of all overcharged. Also, I was given misleading info about the pet policy and when I got there was forced to book a second room. All around terrible experience. Will never use this service or this hotel ever again.

I had tried to make reservations online, but after an hour plus of processing, I called the number indicated if need help. Oscar was helpful; however, the price was $77.00+ online, but when I called he said it was $124+, which I didn't then it should have been different. But we are traveling through Nashville to go home and have enjoyed staying at LaQuintas in the past.
Stayed for hospital patient, hotel was way better than expected, has a bar with good food and entertainment, and there are several bars. Restaurants, museums, and malls within walking distance, even though we were there for a bad family experience, the hotel made the trip comfortable and enjoyable

I work in Springfield, Il. But I live in Champaign, Il. I get off work at 12am. When I began to drive home, the fog was so thick, I realized I was not going to be able to drive home. I drove to the hotel. When I called for a reservation the young man I spoke to helped me with my reservation. Hector was very helpful finding me an available room. My nerves were fried just getting to the hotel. And I was upset not to make it back home for christmas morning. He was so supportive! It took me a few minutes to calm my nerves. Hector kept telling me to take my time, everything was going to be okay. Completely patient!
I can tell Hector is awesome at his job! Also, full of Christmas spirit!

I booked a hotel room with Nancy Esmerelda on a trip to visit family before Christmas. It was a last minute booking to stop over for the night and Nancy could not have been better - the booking was quick, efficient and she was really helpful and wonderful. Our hotel stay was seamless and we were all set to book in when we arrived just twenty minutes later.

I made it clear that I was booking for this night, and the booking agent confirmed that I would be able to check in right away, but the hotel wouldn't let me check in and said the reservation was for the following evening.
This company will clone hotel websites and use malicious Google ads to make you think you are booking directly with a hotel. I accidentally booked with them.
Upon realizing my mistake, I called immediately for a refund. The customer support put me on hold while she "called the hotel" and told me it would be canceled and refunded. I received a cancelation in my email.
Then I got another email saying I wouldn't be refunded because the hotel said they wouldn't refund.
I called the hotel and they said BookOnline could cancel and refund with no issue. BookOnline lied about it! The hotel also let me know BookOnline gave me a completely fake confirmation number for my "reservation."
I called BookOnline back and they "escalated me" to their email support who is not responding, not even to their own cancelation email!
This company uses deception to trick you into booking and then makes it impossible to cancel and get a refund. They will lie to keep your money. This is a SCAM!
