I will start out saying I loved this cover when I got it originally in 2020. I bought the premium one they offered. My vehicle is parked outside and I wanted it protected. After about 3 5 years it had wear and tear. So I contacted them. First they denied I had bought from them. I found my receipt and reported back to them. Then they said all they could do is give me a new one for 75 dollars. Pro-rated which I get but it had only been 3.5 years for a lifetime cover that was supposed to last. So I purchase because the one I had was a good cover at first. The replacement they sent was a cheap imitation. Poor quality and smaller. Needless to say I'm not happy. Customer service on phone was excellent. Correspondence with their manager was horrible. Unhappy customer for life. But lifetime seems to be only 3.5 years so I guess I'll get over it sooner than lifetime...

I have purchased multiple car covers from this site and have had zero luck in having them hold up in San Diego and Arizona weather. Covers leak and start to descenegrate in the sun from 6-12 months. Sure the company asks that you pay $30 for shipping on a warranty, but that adds up in a year.
Top dollar was spent for what I thought was a great cover. Also had to have my car majorly detailed due to the dirt and water build up that scratched my paint
I do not recommend these covers for any vehicle.

Spend you money elsewhere these covers do not fit and in order to return thay will charge you a 40 dollar restocking fee if it's been put on your car to ck fit. Very expensive cover to not fit you vehicle!

Their warranty is none existent, only after I had an issue with their cover did I actually get to see their warranty policy after contacting them they sent a link so you can see the policy, to put it shortly and bluntly their warranty isn't actually a warranty. It just states that the warranty doesn't cover anything and only then do you as the "customer" do you realize their "lifetime warranty" is really just a scam/fraud gimmick, the fact that they are still in business and haven't been investigated for this is beyond me. All I can say is take your business elsewhere, Amazon has some REALLY nice cover that are a fraction of the cost and actually have a TRUE warranty and product the company actually stands behind, carcovers.com committing customer fraud since 2008, please take your business elsewhere.

Bought my cover less than 3 years ago and developed a split on top. Notified Car Covers and described everything. They insisted on the order number which I don't ever recall as I purchased online. Bought with credit card and have date and price purchased. Still not good enough. Rather than replace the cover, they stall and squirm out of the "warranty" claim. No integrity here to make it right! Very disappointing and dissatisfied!

Cover tore part first time using, called customer service. They sent me a return shipper & sent me a new cover. Cover states it is trailerable, I don't intend on trying out that again.

Years ago I purchased from this company and had a great experience and product. So I purchased again. This time I purchased a nice expensive cover for my 2010 Toyota Tundra. The cover came but I was on lengthy vacations and unable to immediately put it on. When I returned home I tried the cover on and it didn't fit front to back, side to side, or the cab itself. I took pictures and provided measurements and contacted customer service for help. I was offered 3 options to fix the situation. Option 1, I could apply my purchase towards the purchase of a custom cover since they had sent the closest thing they had (this would be an additional nearly $200 dollars but I would receive a cover). Option 2, keep the cover I received for a 10% refund (lose hundreds of dollars and keep an unworkable cover). Or option 3, receive a full refund if I was within 30 days (which I wasn't, remember traveling). After 3 weeks of back and forth, much of it with them silent, I was informed that they were sorry I misunderstood their website and that they only sell semi-custom covers (even though even today their website says guaranteed fit) and that management could not help me with the full refund as they were unwilling to change their 30 day policy. They recommended I sell the cover on eBay (how can I do that…I don't even know what vehicle it would fit). So, I'm just out of luck. I will never use this company again…be careful!
