Shipping is horrible. I paid extra and I'm now 2 days past due. Says it's weather related but it's sitting 45mins from me and there is no weather in the area it was 43 today. Customer service is worse they won't answer questions or emails. Can't talk about quality as I've still not received item but they keep sending me these emails. They have to know I still don't have my order they just don't care which is the problem. Hence title of the post buyer beware
Searching for replacement bump stops for my Jeep. Contacted you as the description and picture did not match for color. The sales person stated to go with the pictures, so that is what I did. IT would be good if the manufacturer was listed as the prices what what appeared to be the same thing varied significantly.

Parts are quality. Techs are experienced and helpful. I ordered the wrong part one time. The return was as easy as it gets. While others waited for labels to be downloaded. Fed Ex scanned the QR code and I was out of there in seconds.

I recently ordered a set of turn signals for my Jeep from Extreme Terrain. The price was excellent, so I opted to pay an extra $40 for overnight shipping at the last minute because I noticed my current turn signals weren't working. I needed the lights before leaving for a camping trip. Unfortunately, the order wasn't even prepared until the next day, which meant the "overnight" shipping didn't happen at all.
When I checked the tracking, the package was still 3-4 days out. Extreme Terrain refunded the $40 for the extra-fast shipping, but that didn't fix the real issue—I didn't get the lights in time and had to cancel my camping trip—very disappointing experience, especially since I trusted the expedited shipping option for a reason. I'll give them another chance, but I hope they do a better job next time. I'm not mad, but I just thought I should let someone know what happened.

Found what the catalog fantastic. There is something about holding a book, magazine, or catalog in your hand. Found what I wanted quicky online. Simple ordering process.
I ordered the wrong dual steering stabilizer and the gentleman that helped me cancel the order was great. Refund came through next morning and new part already on its way.
Great customer experience and order processing times are much faster than things that ship from an Amazon warehouse. It's a one stop shop for everything Jeep. Hands down the preferred place to shop (especially for clearance items)
Minus one star because of some of their marketing tactics. Competitions and give aways require being subscribed to their marketing emails which can be a little excessive and not very useful

We use this website for aftermarket, performance or upgraded parts for vehicles we have at our shop. We have not had any issues with orders, getting parts on time and even when we need returns.
Product still has not arrived but I have received multiple emails asking about my experience. With each email you send, my experience becomes worse and worse and will be sure to mention this when in contact with my offroad group as well as any online forum I'm in. Fix your algorithm and let people decide what they want.
