My package was mis delivered to the wrong address and building so when I went to go check it was stolen and ez contacts. Making me wait 3 weeks for an answer back. Terrible, ngl save ya money and just go into store

My frame was back ordered. I had no idea till I reached out to find out why I hadn't gotten my order. Then once I finally received my glasses the pne lens was not cut correctly and I had to return them to have it corrected. Its been over a month and half since i ordered and I still have not gotten them back.
I placed an order on July 26th for two frames. It was sent out on July 31st. The tracking stopped on Aug 5th. I reached out to this company repeatedly for a resolution and I was told to fill out claim forms. My only two options are replacement or store credit. I have to jump thru hoops for help. Meanwhile, my kid started school and doesn't have updated glasses. Horrible company! I will never do business with this company again. Never! I will report to the Better Business Bureau as well.
I returned the second pair of sunglasses that I received but have not received confirmation and a credit! Please check into that for me!

BEWARE. Moments after my package was delivered I went downstairs to get it and there was no package. The customer service bot said that I needed to wait 3 days before they could do anything. After 3 days of waiting, they made me file an insurance claim through some third party I had never heard of, and was denied. After ezcontacts said it was denied they refused to respond to any more of my emails
You only shipped me one pair. Never sent the other one or said anything about it. I would not recommend buying sunglasses from EZ contacts to anyone.
Sorry, but I'm not happy. I still haven't received the contacts. It said that they shipped from New York on the 3rd of August It is now the the 16 th of August and still nothing. So, let me ask; would whoever that's reading this be satisfied?

I was a little hesitant to buy from a site unknown to me, but when I saw that they offered PayPal as a payment option and the many glasses to choose from, plus the good prices, I went ahead and took a chance. I have received so many compliments on my glasses. They shipped fast. I will definitely be a returning customer.
I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses from sunglass hut which was over $800. I then tried to find it cheaper online and found it on EZcontacts for $350 cheaper! When I received the glasses there were little differences between them and those from sunglasses but. But one pair I was able to authenticate in the Versace website itself and the Saint Laurent pair were authenticated by an actual store. So cheaper and LEGIT.
Secondly, I had a tiny scratch in the arm to which I asked if I could get a discount off, to which they agreed to. Will definitely use these guys again! Thank you.

Purchased 2 (6) pack lenses and the sent me3 (2) packs. The script was sent wrong and they would only exchange the 2 unopened packs when it was their fault to begin with.

The ordering was easy, and the glasses are nice, price was amazing, but was told they would be here way sooner than we received them. A bit disappointed about that but other than that everything was good.

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
