This is the 2nd purchase of sunglasses from EZContacts, I am very pleased with the pricing and the product, No mor Sunglass Hut for me.
I ordered a pair of Garrett Leight sunglasses. 14 days later still nothing. After the 5th day there has been no movement on the tracking. I requested a refund or a new pair of glasses get sent out immediately. I've been told a claim has been put in but it can take up to 10 days. Fernando B. The supervisor was supposed to follow up with me and never did. I still have no resolution. I'm completely disgusted and will not use EZ Contacts again once this is resolved!
When I found my frames online I couldn't believe how fast they were sent to me. They are perfect for my attire that I needed them for. I appreciated the quality packaging and the price.

The ordering process was easy, once I received the tracking info, my contacts criss crossed the country. It took almost 2 weeks to get them. After 9 days I called customer service. They said they would arrive the next day. I don't think they checked the status. At that point my package was in Phoenix and I live in boston. My package arrive 4 days later

So far good if I need service we will see how you handle it. I didn't see any contact information about any warranty with my glasses that Oakley gives
Needed more Optase. Tried to order from Amazon and it's out of stock or it has possibly been discontinued.
I opted for auto ship on my contacts - and while it sounds great, I pay full price every time instead of shopping for a promotion or sale.
Ordered my sunglasses on July 14, they finally arrived Aug 4
I got new frames because my oldest is a Neanderthal and we just needed to swap lenses to make it to the next appointment. Life. SAVER. [Keep in mind kid ruined them right away, 20/10 buying from you again]
AWFUL! No communication. Never delivered item that was paid for with no communication!

Answer: You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

Answer: You won't get them the next business day. I ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. After 10 days I contacted them for update, they claimed that they are discontinued, no discount or anytghing offered. So I order something else, customer service great, claims glasses will be FedEx shipped next day. Still waiting... it's been 4 days, no update. If you need your glasses fast, order elsewhere.
