I would not recommend FFF to anyone. I don't know how they come up with the estimates of how much the products are, but there is just no way that is the value. Products are super cheap and literally the same quality as SHEIN. Their shipping times are terrible and their customer service sucks. I signed up for the year, but canceled it almost as soon as I signed up, would not recommend to anyone.
Couldn't take advantage of the Labor Day sale. I was told I had to create another email account which is ridiculous. I only have one email account. I'm not creating another

I don't always love all the options, but I always find some thing that I LOVE! In FFF's defense, I am 61 and most of the products are for much younger women. But I have kitchen items, clothing, makeup and beauty products that I would not have purchased other wise. Great customer service

I had a lot of issues with their website. I wasn't able to load pages, and I believe that during customization, the site was unable to handle the traffic. I also had trouble accessing the other tabs during normal periods. The products were good and offered a great variety when I first started, but they have since become smaller and less varied. Seasonal boxes shipped with no issues, and customer service was responsive.

First box was great with me wanting to make multiple selections per customization category. This recent one there were none I wanted. I don't want to force myself to choose things I don't want or need. Wish we could skip a box and redeem for another box in the future.

I am very disappointed in fab fit fun. Seems like ever since I upgraded to annual the boxes have been with less quality and very cheap items and much less items than I received before. The options for customization are horrible, 6 out of the 10 are exactly the same of make up just different shades, the other 3 are sold out leaving no options. Plus you used to give 5-6 extra full size items with every box aside from the customization and that just stopped without even telling the customers. I am so close to cancelling my membership as I am so disappointed and feel like I'm getting scammed out of my money. Shame on you for treating loyal customers like this

I just ask a quick question about the 25$ credit for renewal why it was not showing in my account, even though I completed the separate form like indicated. One of your agent follow through and made sure that I got it. Plus he went over by informing me that it was there. Just a wonderful customer service, I could not ask for more. So just thank you.(not sure of the date but it was after customization started and the email I got from your service was on Sunday)

My subscription to Fabfitfun provides the opportunity to experience high-end brands, I otherwise, would not be financially able to purchase. I enjoy trying products I normally would not have been exposed to. Additionally, they provide a broad variety of items, from skincare to home goods. My hair and skin have improved immensely over the years. If you look around my house, you'll find everything from throws, candles, planters, canisters, cookware, and so much more. I love FFF.

Had an error with changing payment method, ended up somehow canceling my subscription that I had for the past 10 years. Resubscribed in a month but now my account has been dropped to being brand new. Now they say all of us oldies start@ zero for the new rewards. Felt a bit slighted for being a customer for a decade & no show of gratitude….

While I have definitely had my share of frustrations with FFF, I will say that my overall impression is that of a unique and special experience not found anywhere else. At first glance, I thought I wouldn't enjoy it because virtually all of the products are things I wouldn't normally buy for myself… however, when a friend finally convinced me to try it, my mind rapidly changed. It was precisely because I wouldn't normally buy these things that it is so exciting! It is like receiving gifts multiple times per year - and the best part is, I get to choose what goes in my box from the curated categories each season. I've now been a member for a few years and I can confidently say that I truly love many of the items I've received, and that they are special to me in the same way any gift is. There is an incredibly wonderful and supportive community around this company as well. It is like being part of a family! The reason I give it four stars is mainly due to an inconsistent customer service experience. There is occasional gaslighting and there can be many misunderstandings before finding a resolution to the problem. It also has went up significantly in price - especially for Canadians because we pay a lot for shipping. These experiences have made it difficult for me to wholeheartedly recommend the box to friends and family. However, I will give them credit that general speaking, they will eventually do pretty well to make it right in the end. And if you think you can handle what I've mentioned, amongst some other quirky things along the way, I say definitely give it a go!

FFF is one of my most enjoyable guilty pleasures. I can find unique and upscale gifts far too often! I love that I have this kind of shopping at my fingertips. I do find that there are times when the seasonal boxes are not exactly to my liking, but being a senior I have morphed out of some of the trends of today. I do surprise my nieces when I have up to date products that they are trying to figure out how I know about them i. E. lip glosses.

Received my last order from the summer drops they have been having. Which I think is great, because I've been able to try out alot of things I've been wanting to buy didnt want to pay the price for most of them. When the mailman handed me my box he quickly ran away I look down at the box and the whole side of the.box is caved in. So I took pics of before and after opening and of course almost everything was damaged broke crushed etc. And I didn't know what to expect from FFF Customer service but I'm so happy I did. Not only did they give me credit for the all of the items but also added another 10 dollars to my acct as well. So thank you very much. I really do appreciate it.

I was overcharged $100. I sent them how much I should have been charged with screen shots of my app. They then sent an itemized invoice that did not match. I got tired of arguing. Went to better business bureau. Cancelled my account. I've been a member for almost ten years. This morning I go in and they have corrected the price to what I was charged. Makes me wonder how many times they over charged. I was charged $400 for box and add ons. I have screen shots of what app was showing my box was worth $255. This morning they changed it to $325. I have attached screen shots showing their horrible scamming business practices.

This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
