When I reached out, they were very helpful in giving me a list of items to choose from to create a box of my wishes. I'm very happy I reached out, because I didn't want to miss the renewal offer, but I was too late to customize in the usual way. I'm pleasantly surprised with the resolution and am looking forward to my winter 2024 box!

Being new to this subscription program, I was not sure if I had done everything correctly when I signed up-to be able to access the savings and free extra box. Customer service was very prompt and answered all my questions clearly. I felt much better with my choice of joining, really looking forward to my continued experience and box!

Had one of my FabFitFun boxes stolen from my apartment and CJ was able to thoroughly walk me through the process and help me with a replacement. I am a social worker and don't make much money so I rarely spend money on things like FFF, and having CJ go out of their way to help me was so kind and really made my evening

My winter box of treasures was delivered to another house. I was completely unsuccessful reaching Fed-Ex to report that it was delivered to the wrong address. I kept getting feedback from their website that it had been delivered and since it is a holiday no one was working. I sent an email to Fitfabfun and their representative got back to me immediately with news that it would be resent to me. Given that it was thanksgiving I was very grateful. Thank you!

1st box was supposed to be a bonus box. I received a plastic tray with felt as a "high end" item. Also received an cocktail shaker that looks cute but is completely unusable. Ni way was any of this worth what they claim.
The high end advertising with great products are not available. I've heard from many long time subscribers that they constantly repeat products.
2nd box selection was not good so I picked surprises for 3. I received 2 scrunchies in broken packaging. I am convinced this is just crap no one wanted. I'm sorry i paid for any of this. I haven't gotten one thing I love, everything is just ehh.

In filing out survey, "Was issue resolved" yes or no... My issue is neither of those responses. Having an "other" option would allow outliers. My issue is not resolved yet, but hopefully is; time will tell.Rating will improve when I receive my merch🥰

I had a chat going on with a question about my new membership and I was disconnected. I got back on chat and Fran came back online and answered my questions regarding my enrollment in a timely and knowledgeable manner. I love being a FFF member. Everything in my closet/kitchen/bathroom/living room comes from FFF these days. I do all my shopping this way! Especially for the holidays, I can find original cool gifts for my loved ones - it is so helpful and you save so much $! I have loved all my boxes. The sales are great. I recommend 10/10. Its my favorite guilty pleasure 💁🏼

Fab fit fun is something I look forward to receiving every quarter. I own two business's, I live rurally, and shopping is just something I don't have time for. FFF forces me to do some shopping. I've found some great facewashes that have given me clear skin (something I've always struggle with), and I also have nice eyelashes now because of the many serums offered over the years. I often keep my daughters in mind, as well as my sisters and close friends when I'm selecting items. It's a good boost for gift giving.

I am a former FFF member and found recently that I missed the fun! When I saw the free gift promotion for a 200.00 gift I could not resist. This way, your daughter can set up her own account under her information and customize her boxes. You can always set up the account with her and put down your credit card information, however, we don't necessarily recommend this, as we have sales in-between seasons where you can purchase additional items outside of just the boxes! Answer: Nothing ships right away with FabFitFun. I've been waiting on an item from add ons that wasn't shipped with my box and tracked it yesterday and it's been sitting at "preshipment" waiting for a label for 3 weeks. I contacted FFF customer service to find out why it hasn't moved for 3 weeks and a customer service rep told me that they normally don't give refunds but they will refund me just this one time since it hasn't shipped yet. They acted like they are doing me a favor by crediting my account for something I paid for and never received. Don't do me any favors, FFF, you won't have to refund me again because I canceled my subscription. This company is the only company that I know that will take $400 of my money and tell me that they have a month to get it to me. I'm taking my money elsewhere where I'm a valued customer and they get their products to their customers right away. FFF thinks they are the only company with a lot of customers and they are wrong, Amazon and Walmart sends their stuff right away and most times, Amazon is delivered to my house in 1 or 2 days, even during COVID. FFF will be using the COVID EXCUSE for many years once 100% of the population is vaccinated and then they will come up with a different excuse as to why their nose up in the air with their, "you can wait 30 days for your order because that is our policy." Get out of town, ain't nobody got time for your lame excuses.
