Despicable. Utterly $#*!ty business. If you are out of the US, don't want ven bother ordering because you're just scammed outta money. Fashionova lied about handing over my shopping to ePost global shipping and the tracking link shared has been stuck there for over a month. Since Dec 2, I have contacted the shipping company and they have not received any items and they send me back to vendor. Fashionova refuses to refund my money yet the order status reads complete. It is very shameful and disgusting that you would gladly accept money for orders that you don't intend on fulfilling. Maybe someone can learn from my experience, save yourself the money and spend it literally anywhere else.

This company took my money and didn't provide the product I ordered. They are thieves. There is no way to get a hold of anyone to help and their website is one big loop in terms of looking for support.
My items have sat in "label created" mode for 2 weeks. This is consistent with many other reviewers. They turned off their phone lines and the only way to get help is on their website where they just point you to articles that state their store policies. There is no one to help or refund orders.

They scammed me with my order. Sold cheap and told me it was out of stock. All 89 items, except Those not on sale. Scamers.
The rest of my order was cheap quality. Garbage

Apparently they don't honor their sales. Ordered several items on the Cyber Monday sale and did not find out they canceled the order until it was due. In fact, never received an email it was canceled, had to find out on the website.

Just got an email I was refunded but still no clue why it was canceled. And don't try to contact their customer service, it is non existent.

I'm very disappointed with fashionnova I have been a long time customer and my package wasn't delivered it said it was and I didn't get it.I've been getting the run around all I wanted was just my order to be resent to me and upon my request I added a hold location and for it to be honored on my order request.i have been shopping on this site sine 2017 and never had a issue.i even set up my delivers for pick up.Fashion nova changed my delivery request where it was delivered to my apartment but I never received it.

Placed an order #******* on November 11,2024. Still haven't received the package as of today, December 8th. Fashion Nova is not concerned about customers receiving the merchandise, as they have not submitted a claim to UPS nor followed up to assure that I receive the order or a refund.

Order at your own risk and hope that you receive your merchandise or you'll only get an automated email response from them, advising you to contact UPS!

Stay far far away from this company. They misrepresent their products and when you try to return them you have to pay absorbitant money for returns. And other fees also. No different than the rest of the frauds on the internet

Can I leave 0 stars? Absolute scammers! They fraudulently charged my card multiple times, and I have NEVER visited their site or used my card with them. In fact, I had never even heard of this company before the unauthorized charges appeared!

What's worse, there's no way to contact them to address the blatant fraud! It's a complete scam operation - beware!

Thankfully my bank is stepping in to stop the payments and pursue action against this fraudulent company.

Just had my first bad experience with fashion Nova purchase several pair of jeans that were on sale after receiving the item the description were not as stated on the website. The item has 0 stretchI request to exchange for a larger size and because the item went on sale and now a final sell item fashion Nova refuses to accept the items back for a larger size. That's it for fashion Nova it's not like I'm asking for a refund I'm only asking to replace it for a larger size it was not stated at the time of purchase that this item was final and could not be refunded or exchange. So now I'm stuck with items I can't fit and money lost

I love Fashion Nova, however they don't want to refund you, they refund you with Gift cards. However, you can't use the Gift cards, when you try to buy with them, you can't redeem them. Because of that, people watch out, when you return items, you don't get your money back

This Company is NOT legit! Do not buy! Australian ABN advertised on website does NOT exist. Australian Phone Number does NOT exist. Company is in China. Dress arrived way after the event. Took nearly 3 weeks! Poor quality. Asked to return. They refuse to pay shipping even though arrived so late. Cost is $25.30 to return on top of paying $53 for dress. Unsure if we will get refund. False website in so many ways.

I bought a suit that was not as described. The next day, I returned it unworn with the tag intact. The customer service I interacted with was rude. After they received my item, my money was not returned to the original payment method; instead, I was given a Fashion Nova gift card. I requested that the money be returned to the original mode of payment, but the returns department refused. I do not have the suit I paid for; I do not have my money. I strongly do not recommend online shopping from this merchant. If you must shop online, please buy from other reputable merchants NOT FASHION NOVA!

Please be cautious when purchasing from Fashion Nova. I ordered the Status Symbol jeans but received a pair that was different from the one shown on the model. I thought it might have been an honest mistake, so I reordered them in a different size, only to receive the same pair of jeans again. It seems like they took two pairs of jeans and sewed them together, trying to pass them off as the ones the model wore. There were even white marker lines left on the jeans from when they were sewn together.

I ordered probably about 500 items from Fashion Nova and probably about 5 of them or either damaged or not received. Fashion Nova refused to address my claims because they stated that it was too many claims back to back and it appeared fraudulent. This was frustrating because of course I will have more claims than usual if I just PURCHASED MORE THAN USUAL. No matter what evidence I provide they will not address my claims. I have been going back-and-forth with them via email for days, providing all the evidence necessary. They are making excuses just to avoid accountability for their mistakes. Terrible customer service and company.

I have two complaints about Fashion Nova. If you make your purchase by 12noon over $100 & live in Los Angeles area you can receive your order the same day. I selected same day to be received by 8pm and when I received my confirmation it states next Monday and today is Wednesday. My second complaint is I tried to exchange an item that was not final sale at the time I purchased it and they would not exchange. I am pretty much done with this company. Their business practices are terrible and unacceptable. I see other complaints of people placing ordered and never receiving them and can't get their money back. An item was left out of my order I was told it was out of stock and I went right in line and placed another order for the same item. I am not sure who why FN is allowed to abuse their consumers the way they do

Horrible company. Cheaply made clothing that barely last for one wear. The customer service is even worst. Shop elsewhere for a better experience and find better quality clothing. Missing item from order,whole order missing, wrong sizing and moldy clothing. It's just a mess

I have been buying clothes and spending MY hard earned money for years on this company and when I return home from burying my mother, the Dress I bought has a stain on it, which is unacceptable meaning someone either tried it on or you guys packaged up a dirty garment. I sent them a picture and they told me because of the timeframe they won't be able to do anything about it, which is unprofessional as hell considering the tag is still on it and I would never wear anything that looks like it has a stain on it from someone else's body. If you're selling used clothes, just say that. But you could at least credit me. I will be posting this letting other people know and leaving a review on other review sites as well

Someone used my wife's compromised card to buy stuff for 850 USD on sunday early morning the 28 of April 2024. Although I wrote immediately to the customer service to stop the order and refund it, ( they confirmed my complain and escalated it to review, also on sunday) they did not stop it and refuse to refund. I even cant get the intended delivery address or a tracking number. This company is a scam and a fraud
Obviously not the first time either. Stay away from them

Fashion Nova why are you doing this to people. If i had come to review section i would never had wasted my time to buy from you.
I bought from fashion nova in Feb 2024 and expecting delivery on the 4/03/24 and till date no show. There was no Order number generated for me after payment. I am not sure all those with positive review are real buyers🙄.
This is stealing from people online. Am very disappointed as my first experience. Dont know why they think they need any star.

My last order was canceled due to the discrepancy between the shipping address and the billing address. ( *******) they said that it takes 7 working days to get your money back and now it has been more than a month that the money has not returned to my account. I asked for help through customer support, I sent the bank statement documents to prove that the money was not returned, but after more than 1 month, all i have is robatic answers "the money will be returned within 7 working days or talk to your banker" after years of shopping from fashionnova i am really disappointed.
