Great items and service, it's that the items are still high if you pay off before 90 days. But besides that I love the service and item's im able to get. It's so convenient to get something great and pay over time

They prey on low income people and charge a ridiculous amount of money for something. Up to 10 times the actual cost! Apple Watch series 4 $1100. 00 wtf. The government should shut this and all others like it down! And the owners should be in jail! SHAME ON THEM!
I called in today to ask about my pay off on my account and was helped by Cynthia R and she was super helpful and very pleasant to speak with overall was an excellent customer experience!
I've used Flexshopper for 2 years now having made several purchases through them. I'd have to say it's pretty easy to deal with them. Customer service is only a phone call away and I find most of the reps are easy to speak with and deal with. It's probably the least painful lease-to-own company ever. If they have the item you want, great. If not, they have an app you can use to take a picture of the item you want and, if they work with that store, they might be able to help lease it to you. Not bad. Plus, now if the item you want is through Best Buy, you can ship it to your local Best Buy store and just pick it up.
As far as people complaining about the prices, most lease-to-own places will charge you double the price if you pay it out over the entire contract. Flexshopper gives you 90 days to pay off the original price without having to pay the extra lease fees. Really, that's how it should be done. I know people will talk about their "praying on unsuspecting customers" but that's not what they're doing. Everything is done up front. Before you check out you're presented with the terms of the lease. If you don't like the terms, don't lease the merchandise.
Honestly, leasing to own is never going to be the best way to get things, but it can, in a pinch, be a great help. Just make sure, as I said, you can pay it off before the 90 days are up so you don't wind up paying twice as much!
DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do any business with these people. They deserve NEGATIVE stars. You end up paying double the price of the merchandise. They will repeatedly debit your account even when I called and asked for the information to be removed they still caused ACH return fees on the account. Then the customer service reps they have working as managers are just as incompetent as the employees. No actual answers are given they just repeat the same things using different words. STEER FAR FAR AWAY!
Worse than payday loans and when calling customer service, she only kept repeating the same answer as it was prescripted due to lack of knowledge. I had a balance of $5.00 and within 2 weeks they charged an additional $10.00 and said "they take out the payments as previously". Well, if you don'[t owe $15.00, why are they still taking out $15.00 instead of just what is owed ont he balance. I paid twice as much for the cheapest tires which turned out to be the most expensive by the time I paid it off. READ THE FINE PRINT BECAUSE YOU WILL PAY 500% IF NOT MORE IN INTEREST ALONE.
Customer service hung up on me because she didn't have an answer as to why they took out my weekly amount when the weekly amount was not owed on the balance - less than half was still owed.
DON'T USE THEM - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OBVIOUSLY PROVIDING PRE-SCRIPTED ANSWERS DUE TO THEIR LACK OF ANY KNOWLEDGE OF HOW LOANS WORK OR EVEN THEIR OWN WEBSITE.

On the second of December i ordered three items. On December 5th I decided to cancel the order. One item was shipped so they said once it comes back, they'll cancel the order. Three days later they send out the rest of the order that i asked to CANCEL. The day after i received one of the items i call them again! I decided to keep the one item. Nothing else showed up at my door. I looked at the shipping and notice the second item that has not arrived was attempted to be delivered while i was at work but was since sent back to the sender and i call Flexshopper again. They acted like they didn't know what to do and they SAID that they'd call me back. Two hours past and i call again. The second person seemed to know what they were doing and proceeded to cancel this order and told me that they'd refund my money, it'd be there in three days. While the package was in transit back to the sender (a package I've never even seen) i find that the package had a damage report on it, but it has not (to this day) been removed from my account. I called back to inquire why it hadn't been removed, they said that they're waiting on confirmation from the merchant. It's a simple email. I called back to talk to a supervisor and they refused to let me talk to anyone in charge! I'll never order another item from this place. I'm so furious that they refuse to cancel my order then refuse to refund a item that i never saw and I'm furious that they don't care about their customers enough to listen when they all to speak to someone in charge!
Those who are against this just don't manage money well, but it is a very flexible way to juggle if you know what needs to be done.

Flexshopper has been an amazing company to purchase my Christmas Gifts from. I was sceptical of course shopping online, giving my banking info and hoping my stuff arrived before Christmas. I've been blown away by the customer service! Temy called me a day after I placed my order and answered all my questions and followed up with an email., I called a few days later and spoke with Melissa for tracking info and she was able to give me the info and followed up with an email! She transferred me to Ronise in billing to switch to biweekly payments she got it done and followed up with an email as well! All 3 women were personable, knowledgeable and had outstanding customer service skills! I placed my order 12/11/2019 and I used the wallet app for 6 items I have already received everything from that order and it's 12/14/2019 That's outstanding in my book! I just placed a second order for in store pick up and I am expecting an email sometime this week for in store pick up from Bestbuy per Melissa! I know everyone has different experiences and opinions on companies and all to often negative reviews are posted and people don't take the time to review when they are happy! I really wanted to share my experience and give Flexshopper the credit it deserves! Hat's off to the Flexshopper team and thank you from my family to yours for helping me make this Christmas extra special for my loved ones!

If you want to pay two or three times what something is worth, then go for it. If you are smart, you will save your money and just buy what you need. This place is like an online Rent-a-Center in that they will charge you up to three times what something is worth. At your local store, the product is $500. The same product at FlexShopper is $1200 and more. Like Rent-a-Center, it's a price-gouging place for poor people who lack the discipline to save up for something.
You can try to pay it off in 90 days at the base price, but miss the deadline by a single day and the base price suddenly doubles and you owe nearly twice the original price again. I guess that's your punishment for not paying it off in 90 days.
If you order directly thru flexshopper you will receive your items in a timely matter but don't use the personnel shopper. I oredered a item thru personnel shopper back in November and still can not see any updatea for shipping it just says pending. I called flexshooper who told me to call amazon since that was the shipper who told me to call flexshopper and had no clue what flexshopper even was even thou they partner with them. So now I am suppose to be charged for a item I never recieved. I will pay them off amd cancel my account. Please be carefull. Oh yeah and the supposed 2nd week free is a lie. You will get a item on Thursday be charged that Friday for something you just got and get charged again that next Friday and they will tell you its because of the way the payments are done and try and convense you that it right.

So I have leases 6 items In past 2yrs made on time payments even got my limit increases a lot then out the blue they canceled my account and got no answer why they did that and said I don't qualify no more like don't understand my account always been in good standing and eve. Payed off all my items soo be cautious when leasing

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
