I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be "verified again" after already charging my card for the initial payment. I got an email requesting my bank information and driver's license after the order was placed and the money was taken. Then they suddenly tell me they "can't work with my bank." Why didn't they figure that out before approving me for a limit and charging me? Customer service was no help either โ€” slow, dismissive, and frustrating. The whole process felt like a bait and switch. Be very cautious before using this app.

I ordered a treadmill and it showed when buying next day pickup at a location near me.
It is now a week later and no info on pick up.
I tried using chat and it shows a rep is available but then says no one is there to help.
I emailed and this was the response: Currently, your order is still in process, and at this time, a pickup notification is unavailable. I would not have ordered if it had told me that in the cart. It showed next day which is false advertising to get you to buy. Luckily I took a screenshot of it and thinking of passing on to Florida AG office since I live in Florida and they do business here.
Posted how it shows pickup available.

Er service. Rep hang up call twice. I've been trying to order an item for over two weeks. They processed my refund on an order because it was out of stock for store pick up. I tried ordering the same item via ground delivery, and cannot get past the check out page. I called to resolve the issue, and while asking questions about the continued long ordering process, the representative couldn't answer, and decided to hang up. I called back, and i guess it was too much work pressure for the same rep, so he hung up. Weird.

Screw ups

I got tires on my car not filled out an application in which i had the correct account information on, the first payment they tried to charge an old account and continued to do so, so now I'm 400 in the hole and they won't take off autopay... I was scammed big time!

STAY AWAY!

Like the previous woman said weeks went buy with no update no emails I spent days and hours trying to get ahold of someone as they were charging me and I had never even received the product I gave them a lease number asked them to cancel it they canceled the complete other lease not the one I wanted!? I was very specific and the agent even gave me the info back to verify and it was correct then I had to wait again for my refund and then for it to process again in which I waited another week for them to tell me the item was out of stock I contacted the vendor myself and got it figured out on my own without their help but it was a huge hassle and process I am not waiting on a second refund due to that item being out of stock after this I am DONE with flexshopper they charge 3-4X the amount of the item if you pay full term of the lease. Customer service is almost obsolete I spoke with the same 2 agents for weeks leading me to believe there aren't very many of them. Good luck my advice is to stay away. They just told me to wait 24hrs over and over for weeks.

I regret using flexshopper. The application process was confusing and I was approved for a lower amount than expected. When I tyried to place an order, I encountered issues with verification that delayed the process. The customer service was not helpful and I felt misled. I won't be using their services again
