Just finishing up my first year with Flexshopper. Finished paying off 2 of 3 items. Flexshopper has been with me thru changes in my payroll (weekly to bi-weekly) having my purse stolen (had to get a new checkbook and credit cards) and answered any and all questions when I have called. They are patient, knowledgeable and were there when I needed them. I would use Flexshopper again. Thanks guys

I would avoid this company at all cost. They have the rudest workers and they will take money out of your account without your consent. I removed my bank account from this company and replaced it with a credit card. They charged both my bank and credit card. I refuse to use this company again. All this for a camera lens?! Never ever use this company

Customer serivce was pleasant to deal with, particularly Tamarick. Very helpful and quick to respond. I would recommend to family and friends.

Leasing items is super easy, but returning them is such a slow process.
I would not recommend FlexShopper.
I regret not using my credit card, especially since I have 0% interest offers.

Melissa and her supervisor Albert were amazing! They were able to offer me a quick resolution for my issue and were very sweet during the process. I'm definitely going to refer people the flex shopper based off of their speedy assistance and professionalism! I wish all customer service reps were as kind Melissa and all supervisors could provide assistance like Albert!

I've been dealing with flex shopper for a few years now. People there are Great. I have not had any bad experiences since I have been with them. Delivery times could be a little quicker. But that's small stuff. Thank you Flex shopper crew.

I have been using Flexshopper for years to get things I perhaps did not have the money for but needed the items. The low payments allowed me to do so. However, I have always managed to pay the items off earlier than the contract. I appreciate flexshopper!

So easy and convenient to be able to own quality items right away that you cant pay for upfront over a period of time. The best on all levels.

Great concept. Tried getting my first item and it didnt arrive =(. Thankfully the customer service rep Melissa was a very kind and a huge help! Even though i was upset I didnt receive my purchase I Will def give it another shot seeing how helpful she was.

I called to get confirmation of a order request because I did not see it on my account. Rep explained the process clearly. I was happy with her service.
