First, I must say I am very grateful for the service, and I did get my package. There was some confusion and backtracking because shipping to the U.S. was a problem at the time (tariffs) and then it turned out my package had a "hazardous" battery in it, so there was a bit of back and forth and additional packing and a fee, but we got it sorted out. The company was very good at communicating with me through it all - 8 hour time difference! - and everything eventually worked out. I got my package and am happy this service exists.
Package was not packed in a way that would keep the contents inside from getting wet if the cardboard box got wet.
Putting the items in a single plastic bag would have prevented this and cost $0.01
Very poor packaging. Also everything smelled of perfume or cologne. The first time I used the service I thought it was the items but now the same smell, so it has to be coming from the forward company. Really odd.

A beautiful experience, but it is very expensive and expensive, especially we use the addresses in order to get cheaper prices. The shipping price is expensive. I will not benefit from buying goods at a cheap price from abroad.

I've sent numerous packages to the US warehouse and have never encountered any issues. The photos and all package-related information are excellent. Processing times are very fast, and repacking is handled quickly as well.
Shipping from the US is unfortunately quite expensive, but I have to say FedEx has been reliable and efficient—at least so far. Also, the 30 days of free storage are sufficient for my needs.
I've also tested the UK warehouse—slightly slower than the US one, but still very reliable.

I've read bad reviews online, but for me it worked for the one item i needed to buy. Shipping was certainly expensive, but what do you expect with these tariffs and it coming from Europe.
