I've read bad reviews online, but for me it worked for the one item i needed to buy. Shipping was certainly expensive, but what do you expect with these tariffs and it coming from Europe.

Due to complications with one of my packages that did not appear for over a month, I experienced a lot of uncertainty, delays, and additional concerns. However, I want to give special thanks to Nica from customer support for her exceptional kindness, understanding, and assistance.
Even though forward2me normally does not offer local UK delivery, Nica made an exception and arranged a shipment to my friend's address, waived all storage fees, and helped resolve everything quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent, clear, and very supportive throughout the entire process.
Everything was finally resolved without any issues, and the package was successfully delivered.

So I just contacted Forward2u after I was reading reviews regarding there great customer service and how promptly they answer e mails etc... I tried there what's app as it's 2am right now and I'm getting used to the clock as I'm from Britain but moved to the states recently. Any way JHE responded to me very promptly. She helped answer all my questions and was very patient and polite with me, l'm a novice to all this I'm trying to start a little online business hopefully growing to a E-commerce business.she was wonderful explaining to me how the logistics work she made it super clear and went above and beyond to make me understand! The box was delivered with ripped plastic packaging that had a large rip which let water enter it during shipping. The insides of the box was completely soaked with water. It was an advent calendar with 24 small boxes with gifts inside each box.

Your shipment is undergoing customs clearance.Please note that the customs clearance process may begin while the shipment is still in transit to the destination. In this case, a non-standard customs entry is required, which can add additional processing time before the package can be delivered.
The whole process was excellent! My package went right through and was given to FedEx inbetween 24 h. All steps were tracked and documented via email. So one always knew where the package is. Highly recommended if the sender does not send to the EU.
