I placed an order way in advance to be sure that it would delivered on a specific day. Unfortunately, it was delivered FOUR days late. That is not really acceptable for a company that advertises same day delivery. I expected better service.

This site was fairly easy to use. It also delivers as quick as you need it. I have sent out a number of flowers to some people and then sent one to myself just to see what the item would look like. I was highly impressed that the flower I ordered looked as good if not better than the picture. It was full and flowers were fresh. I recommend you try them.

The flower arrangement that I ordered was a christmas tree, what was delivered was a bunch of floral stems thrown in a base and looks nothing like a tree. From you flowers refunded me 30% of my purchase price, completely unacceptable and very embarrassing!

I ordered a Christmas bouquet of flowers to be delivered next day. I received my confirmation email then shortly after I received another email saying they could not find a florist in the area. I called customer service and they were very apologetic and instructed me I would need to pick from their list of growers and a more narrow choices of bouquets to send. I couldn't find any Christmas themed, but found an all white bouquet that worked. It was shipped via UPS, which I was nervous about, but my shipment arrived on time and in great condition. Would definitely use this company again.

Flowers nice. Wanted to change one letter on card. Took 20 minutes to do so when I called. The customer service person was hard to understand and couldn't figure out that I wanted to change Marie to Maria. Had to do entire card over.

The flower arrangement we received was quite disappointing. The flowers were not fresh, the arrangement looked messy, and it didn't resemble the photo on your website. In addition, the vase color was completely different — we had ordered a sympathy arrangement, but it was delivered in a bright red or purple vase, which felt inappropriate for the occasion.
