My driver contacted me as soon as my booking was confirmed, even though the trip was a week away. Unexpected and most reassuring. The price is about the same as in other apps. The trip went great, clean car and decent driver. Definitely recommend.

Loaded down with bags and with aching legs, we booked a ride from Dubai Mall back to the hotel. The car had enough space for all our bags and the helpful driver made sure everything was put safely in the trunk. It was like a personal delivery service at the end of a hard day shopping!

Driver never arrived, when I called he said since he wasn't paid, he wasn't coming. The transaction had already cleared my credit card and i had received the confirmation email from Gettransfer.com. He refused to reach out to them and said he would only come if we paid him (again!) In cash. Total scam
