I had to make a change at the last minute and was able to contact the driver directly on Whatsapp. The ride was comfortable and way better than other companies I could mention.

The driver got stuck in traffic but called me to let me know. In the end it wasn't too bad, he was maybe 5 mins late. The return trip to the airport was flawless.
