Aune x8 Audio DAC

I don't know of any DAC that you Can change the flavour of the sound by swapping out the OP AMP which is located underneath the unit.
For me this makes it a far more exciting DAC to own.
With the ability to change the sound to suit your mood or your music makes this an awesome DAC.
Build quality and connectivity options are great as well.
Very happy with this purchase

I ordered two Topping products from HiFiGo (E30 and P50). They only had the E30 in stock, so after a quick back and forth between myself and Kangyi (the rep), we agreed to ship to the E30 and then the P50 once it arrived back in stock. E30 arrived without a hitch, and the P50 is now on the way. I was surprised at how quick they responded to my questions and am very very pleased with the customer service. This is the first time I've purchased directly from China and other than the wait time for shipping, the customer service has been outstanding.

Great Customer Service

Hifigo support gave me total refund.
They are very professional, kind and caring.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Recently i got from HiFiGo iBasso DX160 DAP
The parcel took only 10 days to arrive, overall from China to Greece!
The customer service is of top quality very professionals indeed.
I am totally satisfied from these guys, they are stricktly proffesionals and i will make sure to be my 1st priority as long as audio products purchases concerns

HiFiGo is the best online audio seller there is. Trust me since I bought from many different online sellers (Linsoul, Penon, Shenzhen Audio etc) but was not fully satisfied. HifiGo was the only company to go the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted (customize two different IEMs from two different manufacturers).

Only HiFiGo contacted both manufacturers and asked them to make the IEMs based on my specifications. They said they would try their best to fulfill my requests. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! No other seller even bothered in contacting the manufacturer. They only said that it can not be done and could not meet my expectations.

I will only buy from HiFiGo from now on. They are truly the best (bar none) seller with zero frustrations. You can trust them and buy with confidence.

Pros:
- Excellent customer service (fast response)
- Fast shipping arrival (with great prices)
- Excellent selection and prices

I highly recommend this shop for buyers from Europe.
In Poland where I live, all packages from China or USA go via Customs and they add around 30% of additional costs.
With "Option 2. Priority shipping with all tax & duty paid" I don't need to worry about additional costs.
I've ordered Topping D90 MQA version and I'm very happy about it;-)

Bought a Topping E30 & Topping L30 from the store, all was perfect in the end, and I would honestly recommend.
Had no status or shipping update for nearly 2 weeks after the purchase before I contacted them. They were very quick to reply and stated the reason for the delay and the shipment followed soon after.
However they didn't tell me it was only a partial shipment due to stock issues & one of the units would be sent at a later date. A quick email with them cleared this up and everything arrived perfectly within a few days of eachother.
Only thing I would ask for is for better order updates or communication rather than the customer not knowing!

Product took forever to arrive, but that wasn't HiFiGo fault at all (rather the US Post Office which is a disaster in my neighborhood). HiFiGo promptly reimbursed me when the product was late. I sent it back to them, and they immediately paid back for shipping it back.
Awesome customer service, highly recommended!

Ordered a Topping E30+L30+RCA cables bundle. Then, I got an email on Friday offering to switch to a cheaper RCA cables because the Topping one included in the bundle was out and refund me the price difference. I replied on the same day, got shipping info on Sunday, and received the package along with the refund (to Paypal acc) on Monday. All of this accompanied by emails checking my status each step throughout the process. Never had customer service this good very from a Chinese retailer.

I first heard of HiFiGo through a few famous reviewers. I made my first purchase of Shozy 1.1 and I was tended by Dandan promptly on my purchase The Shozy was delivered to me in Singapore within 6 days. When asked about an out of stock SMSL SA300 listed on their website, Dandan promptly said that he could still make that product available. He answered many of my queries professionally. 2 days ago I made my next order which Dandan promised to make it available.

Kudos to Dandan. Customers who generally come back for their next purchase is because of such excellent customer service.

In addition, HiFiGo has lots of hifi related reading content which is critical to complement the hobby which I find very useful. They offer are numerous good products.

HiFiGo's customer service is the primary reason why I kept coming back. Well done HiFiGo.

This has been my greatest shopping experience from China so far. My new DAC arrived in a week (!) to EU with free shipping, nicely packed, couldn't be more happy about it. But then even nicer thing happened, I requested a custom adapter and a very kind guy named Dandan form HiFiGo made it happen, even with a discount:)
That's what I call an impeccable customer service!
