This was my firts purchase from any Chinese online store and I must say that I'm very impressed of how they treated me. There was a problem at the beggining, because I ordered Topping D90 without MQA support, so I contacted them and asked if my order could be changed to include D90 with MQA support. Their costumer representative changed my order the way I wanted and offered me 50USD discount with fast DHL shipping free of charge. Shipment came in less then 2 weeks what is in the time of corona pandemic crisis very good. I contacted their support on 3 different occasions in this 2 weeks and everytime the response was swift and every issue I had was immediately resolved in my favor. At the end I was even offered discount code for my next purchase which is very nice and shows that they really care for their costumers. So I would give 5 out of 5 stars to costumer service. Besides that I haven't tried D90 yet so I won't write about quality of the product and I also think that others have covered this thoroughly.
Great price on my BTR5 when no one had it available. HifiGo shipped it quickly and it got to me sooner than expected. Unfortunately the unit was defective. HifiGo showed great customer service in first helping me to see if the problem could be fixed locally. When it couldn't they quickly moved to help me with the refund process. The replied quickly, and once they received the item back, the refund was issued immediately. Unfortunately it didn't work out for me with that product, but I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Highly recommended

I made an order, it took them a few days to start shipping but once they did everything shipped quickly.
I received my order in less than a week by DHL. I didn't expect that due to the current situation.
They have an amazing customer service, answered every question I asked including technical questions about the products I wanted to buy.

Only small trouble with 3,5 jack connector which is working but only in limited area in the plug. IT isn`t a problem of diameter but with the depth.

I love that they accept ApplePay because for me it's the fastest an easiest way to make any purchase... no accounts or guest checkouts... but I accidentally ordered twice. I tried to cancel the first ApplePay to change the card I was using. Thought I had doe it in time and ordered again... they promptly emailed me to check if I really meant to order two SMSL M500 DACs. I replied I only wanted to buy one and they took care of it right away and my SMSL M500 DAC is on it's way to me already. It's April 10 and you can't get an M500 from Amazon until June. Good company. Smart people who immediately caught and fixed my mistake before it became a problem for all of us!
I made a mistake with my order and within 24 hours the customer support team responded, offered to help, and took care of my mistake without issue. They were under no obligation to do so but they were responsive and extremely helpful!
I usually don't bother on writing reviews but I have to for HifFiGO. Their support team always responded to my emails about the product I wanted to order, which I eventually order. They always responded on my follow up questions with a status of delivery (getting stuck at home during the COVID-19 made more impatient). They delivered. Price was good, in comparison to what was out there. The product rocks too (FiiO BTR5).

I ordered for France, my country, three products in two orders just before the containment due to the coronavirus fell. Despite all the problems caused by this phenomenon, I received these products in quite exceptional times in terms of events.
The HIFIGO online sales site is a very serious site, the products offered - not found in our regions if not sometimes at relatively higher prices - are of high quality and the prices are completely reasonable for what I ordered, which makes it an ideal partner. In addition, the after-sales service responds quickly.
It should be noted that the Chinese and French postal services have done a remarkable job.
Provided sound advice during pre-sale, very helpful follow-up shipping process during this trying times (coronavirus pandemic), product arrived on schedule. Would certainly buy from them again.

Purchased and received my 2.5 mm to 4.4 mm audio adapter perfectly in time but what makes me write this review is when customer service contacting me a week later worried I didn't receive my package. They saw on the postal service tracking site that my item was blocked and wanted to make sure all was ok.

I bought 3 pairs of Schleining MTW 100 earbuds here. The earbuds are super nice. The communication with the business was exemplary. First I changed the order and everything went smoothly. The speed of delivery of goods surprised me pleasantly. I complained about one of the earbud and even in this case hifigo was very helpful and I felt like a welcome customer even in this situation. I was very happy with the customer service. I was initially sent the wrong item(DC01 instead of DC02) but when I brought it to their attention they were more than willing to send either a refund, or re-send the part I ordered. They emailed back everyday, and are sending me a great 2.5mm adapter for my headphone cable free of charge. Beyond happy with hifigo service. I would certainly order from them again.
Hifigo is an excellent source for competitively priced audio equipment. I was looking to buy the Fiio BTR5 and found it at a much better price on their site compared to others, and it came with free shipping which is always appreciated when ordering from Canada. I had a question about the tracking information and the follow up email I received was extremely kind and personable and thoroughly addressed my concerns. Every part of the process was smooth and I was very happy with my experience. The item arrived quickly and I will gladly purchase again from their site.
