I just signed up and had a few questions. I called and lesd then a minute I was on live support.The woman who help was very professional and also very knowledgeable. She also had a very pleasant voice. I will keep using your services

I was having trouble completing my background check so I called the 888 number provided. The Customer Service Rep, Shalise, who answered my call went above and beyond in trying to help me. She even reached out to Intelius tech support. Despite all her efforts to assist me, I was still unable to complete my background check request.

Shalise then reversed the charges back to my credit card account and was going to email my report to me. However, as the reason I was running a background check was considered to be for business purposes she could not provide me with the report. It was against company policy. Shalise then provided me with the name of a company that would be able to run a background check for me. Now I call that GREAT customer service!

I will admit that the Intelius website is fairly tricky. If you plan to use their paid services I would advise you to be observant, cautious and to male sure you read the fine print. The next sketchy thing that this website does is they try to target your wallet. What I found was that regardless of what I clicked on, for example, it always triggered an offer for paid services even if I was purposely trying to avoid any sort of paid services. Another example is, I needed to do a reverse phone number search for a number that continually called and texted me. Yes, you need to create a login username and password to use paid services, so I literally only paid less than $1 for one reverse phone number search. I was disappointed when the results of that search were absolutely zero results. Later, like a couple days later, I got an email from them saying that yes their were no search results for the number and they were refunding my money. At that point I decided it would be a good idea to contact them to make sure and verify that I had not signed up for any service that would bill my card on file. I even made them delete my payment method on file with them.Then, 9 whole days passed by and BOOM a $39.48 charge popped up on my PayPal account! WHAT! Oh no they didn't! Obviously, I called immediately. This is where I was definitely impressed! The kind, polite and courteous woman I spoke with listened to what I had to say and quickly responded with an apology and offer to be refunded right then and there. She assured me that, if I wanted, she would delete my account. Which of course I did. And even then she offered me to use their paid services for 30 days free of charge for the inconvenience. Very impressed with the customer service and support she provided me. That much I definitely appreciate!

I found out who called who the phone number was I had to hang up call let me know who called where they lived and everything

I'm having trouble using their site and when I email their customer service, I never hear back from them.

I wrote this already. The 2 ladies at Intelius did a great job getting me hooked-up, but signing up should be way easier on your website. It only took a dumb phone, laptop and baby tablet to get the job done and a good - plus hour at that. Since I can't do the following pictures, my e-mail is *******@yahoo.com - just so you know it is me writing this.

This evening i had problemw logging into my account. I called the help desk *******655, got immediate help after my account was everified. I was walked through changing my password and waiting for me to try again to log in! The person helping me, knew how to help me and quickly resolved my problem.

I've only used this service to lookup one business. Other than a first name and phone number with voice-mail (which i already had), there was no additional information available. The Intelius Customer Service rep was pleasant and helpful when I called to cancel my account to avoid further charges.
