I didn't pay attention to the reoccurring charge if I didn't cancel within 5 days so I was upset when I saw a $37.00 charge to my bank account but I called and the lady was very nice fixed everything so my account would be cancelled and stopped the charge as well

They wouldn't actually review the number that I found was a scam I did the work to find out that this company was a scam not this one itself they're lazy and don't actually do their job they just want your money so I'm here to report them for being a scam and about other scams such as credit assist.

1) Sign up process tiresome. Too many interruptions of Intelius warning how much info we would find. Etc etc.
2)Website poor. Kept taking me back to payment page after already paid. Some pages said: you may close" But no way to close it except exiting the site. Also notice blocks would pop up and block the keyboard I was trying to use.
3)First told me there was an Error. Over and over again. Tried next day. Same error notice. Had to call for help. Turned out that meant there was nothing found. I should not have had to call to find that out.
4) Good news. Customer service rep was great. And the 2 numbers that were real provided me lots of information.

I did not intend to sign up for monthly account and billing. I didn't notice until after I had been billed for 3 months. I called and got through to customer service immediately. And then received a full refund for all 3 months that posted within minutes. No drama. Very impressive.

I was searching for someone and I ended up on the INTELIUS site they offered $1 for a month, and I entered my credit card my Norton 360 flagged me with a notification and I didn't press the continue button and that site got my credit card instantly they charged my card

I tried a trial membership with this company and couldn't find out the information I needed which was probably information no one could find out. I do respect the facts that they gave me no problems canceling and they didn't make it complicated and they refunded the small amount of money I put down for the trial membership. It's hard to find companies like that nowadays that have integrity. So thank you for being an honest

I got a suspicious phone call. Unfortunately, Intelius wasn't
able to identify the source. I was charged $34.95 today so I called Intelius to contest the charge. However, no contesting was needed. Jen was so nice and professional. In the future if i get more suspicious call, I will use Intelius thanks to Jen.

I used the service as a one time deal but it charged me a membership fee. It may have been in the fine print somewhere but it was not obvious. Customer service was nice enough to process a refund.
Other than that, what I used the site for worked perfectly.
If not for the membership charge then I would have given it 5 stars.

Good evening. My name is Lloyd and I just wanted to take a moment of your time to express the great experience we had a moment ago speaking with Nikkole. Let me begin by saying that both of us are completely ignorant as to how your process of gathering and filtering all of the available information out there and narrowing it down to one single person is mind boggling. (yes, I'm old) I found myself in a situation where I needed specifics regarding my sisters affairs and some of her friends that I've never met to inform them of her passing. Some of the reports I got back I knew were bogus and some seemed just wrong. Then Nikkole answered our phone call and our questions. She was so helpful it's silly.
