My first order was a white lingerie set. I paid for 1-2 day shipping and it took 4 days. When I got the lingerie it was very thin and see through which it did not look in the pictures online. Also the top was a different style than what I thought I was ordering so that was very misleading. It was shorter in length and missing a white wrap around band to break up the cleavage and stomach. Very very disappointed and now I dont have time to go find something else for valentine's day. The first time I wash this it will become shreds. Also, I emailed regarding the late delivery that I paid more for and still have not received an email back regarding the issue. I will not order from here again.
I sent an item of clothing back and received an email on 13th July stating they have received my refund and it will take 3-5 working days to refund. I had emailed twice and hadn't heard anything back until I tweeted about my bad experience on 2nd August. I was private mailed asking my details of my order and they would look into it and they stated something went wrong with processing my refund and expect 10 working days for my refund. It is now 18th August and I have still not received my refund! ITS will be the last place I look online for clothes. They are quick enough to take your money and when you receive a poor quality of item and return it it's a long battle trying to get your money back!
I'm form Spain and I buy a lot from IntheStyle, the clothes are cute and the have a lot of variety.
Last time I ordered trainers and they sent the wrong size, I emailed them and they got back in touch wih me a couple of hours later. Since I would have to pay a lot to send it back to get a refund they were kind enough to say that I dind't have to send it back and they would take care of it anyway.
Not many companies treat they customers so good. I will continue to buy from them since the delivery is fast and I have always been satisfied with the items I get, except for this little mistake that they kindly fixed.

After placing my order, I received a faulty tracking link that confirmed they had lost my order. I sent e-mails multiple times requesting that they re-dispatch my order, it took a FEW WEEKS of multiple e-mails and a complaint on an online review website for someone get back to me because my e-mails were being ignored. Finally when I asked for a refund, they said it was not possible because the item had been re-sent, so I thought okay fine. The item was being held at the customs office because I needed to pay extra fees. Basically 50% of my original order cost! Nowadays new online shopping companies are using a new method to deliver in which the customer has an importer status and has to present themselves at the Customs office counter to self-clear ($) their order (they do not take payments by phone). You can pay online to clear your package for delivery but only via a company called EzClear that charges you a hefty administration fee to clear your package for you. It has been exactly one month since I put in my order, and it is still not here. Overall, Customer service was very unavailable - but in the rare times it was they were helpful and prompt. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering from there though, because it seems that post-purchase customer service is pretty bad - some people have not even gotten their refunds after weeks. Fix it or get out of the game IntheStyle, because you are undeserving of your customers!
I purchased an order which wasn't suitable because It wasn't as advertised. Considering they charge £3.99 to deliver, they then take an extra £2.50 off for returning. If you know you're going to be happy with your order its a different story however I would never purchase from this company again.
Bought a dress online and they took the money out of my account but didn't send me the order, been ringing and emailing them non stop for the past 2 days and no one answers or replies, defo a scam do not buy!
I received the item and when I opened it, the quality wasn't as expected and the item was falling apart at the seams as if it had either come undone since creation or that it has fallen open since - not a rip, just a poor quality sewn together.
I posted it back using the tracked delivery but they're saying they haven't received the item. I don't have the receipt of postage anymore and I spoke with the post office. Post office told me that they would have the return delivery tracking details considering it was part of their original postage receipt but apparently there's nothing they can do.
I called them and emailed them, took them ages to reply only to tell me they had a lot of returns to process. Wonder why?! Do all the items come poorly made and not looking like the celebs they endorse on Instagram?!
Really wouldn't recommend.
Ordered 2 dresses, there was a delay on delivery but the notified me straight away and offered me discount off my next order as compensation. Will definitely use again
Answer: Took a few days for them to respond to my email but have not responded to the one I sent on 20/11/20
