I bought an "Ugly" lens and expected some dings, scratches in the casing, and maybe a gouge somewhere. I did not expect that the whole front hood mount and filter threads would be broken and partially missing.

I have received my order! Thank you for sending the emails of package tracking and the option to put on hold at a FedEx location. Because on the day the camera was delivered, the tracking number stopped working (FedEx is a pain to deal with, as always), so I went to the location after seeing your email to find the package!
I do want to note that the battery that came with my R5 was not original, which is acceptable, but not expected from an excellent plus purchase! The camera shows a bit of wear around the shutter button, but it works perfectly otherwise.
