I would agree with the grading from KEH. I was pleasantly surprised on the excellent shape all items were in. Good and fair pricing. I really like the 180 day warranty. Gives me confidence of the the items. I made several more purchases from KEH. A keeper! I am a happy Buyer!

I sent in my equipment for a trade with KEH. After 5 business days, I still had not received an offer. HOWEVER, after contacting customer support, they did not fail to give me priority service until I was able to order my "new to me" equipment. In addition, when I placed my order the equipment was sent out promptly.
This was my first order with KEH and I took advantage of the Holiday Sale. I bought 2 lenses both rated in EX condition with caps, hood and cases. One arrived in a NM condition with perfect glass, no marks at al on lens or body, very tight and smooth zoom control and new looking rubber. OEM case looked new. There were a couple dings on the front lens cover and nothing else other than that. The other lens arrived in EX+ condition with perfect glass and just a few marks round the body and hood. Glass was perfect. Controls were smooth and rubber was in great shape. OEM case looked new and still had the clear plastic on the label on the top of the case. Overall great first experience with KEH.
I ordered a tripod + ball head and paid $60 for express shipping. When the package arrived, it contained a Kirk BH-3 instead of the Kirk BH-1 that I ordered. I contacted customer service, and their "solution" was to offer me a refund on the ball head, stipulating that I needed to print the label, package the item, and drive to a FedEx location within 7 days. They didn't have the item I ordered in stock, and didn't even bother apologizing for sending me the wrong one. I needed the tripod and ball head for a job, now I have to deal with this garbage. I emailed customer service 4 times and spoke with a rep on the phone. A manager was supposed to reach out, but never did. I've rarely experienced such awful customer service.
Item was received but instead of Ann L bracket, it was a cage. Item sent was not what I paid for. Not satisfied with this purchase.

I purchased a sigma 85mm 1.4 art canon graded like new minus. Lens has an internal glass chipped. Refund took really long. And they are charging a 25 restocking fee for a bad product that they sent that is not in accordance with their grading. So, basically I am loosing 25 dollars plus 33 for the fedex insurance shipping return as they asked to do in their instructions, all because they didn't send what they were supposed to...
Cuidado! Compre un lente sigma 85mm 1.4 art canon (like new minus). Un cristale de adentro estaba dañado y pedí un retorno. Demoró cantidad para el rembolso y me cobraron 25 dolares de (restocking fee). Básicamente perdí 25 dólares por un error de ellos al enviar un lente que no corresponde con la calidad descrita, mas 33 dólares del envío con seguro porque en sus instrucciones así lo requiere.
This used was exactly as described (like new condition), was packed very well in sustainable material and arrived right on time. I'd definitely order from KEH again.
It came safe and clean. Everything was fully functional and was a great experience. Condition was better than expected.
Disappointed by the one-day delay, especially when I paid for a two-day delivery. So life goes on and one must careful where one shops. I have received packages in two from the west coast, and this one from Georgia takes 3 days. 'll need to stick to the NY City photo store
