I ordered from a company called filler world cosmetic they took my money promised shipping and tracking info but I never got it and they won't respond to emails text or calls, just so happens yall have the same address and phone number

A few years ago When I order an item online I enter the wrong address by mistake and I had to call MAC Customer service to change the address. When I called I was greeted very rudely by this lady and then when I was giving my correct address she sounded very annoyed and mad and she even kept making mistakes. After a few minutes she got my address right after confirmation. However, when I looked at the address once my order was shipped the address was completely wrong! It wasn't even close to the address that I confirm with her. I tried calling MAC and they said they can't do anything once order is shipped and fedex can't do anything after it was delivered to the wrong address. So i took matter to my own hands and I had to drive all the way to the wrong address and trespass some elses property just to get my package. Ugh after that I won't be ordering online from MAC ever again
I bought the Fix Fluid Foundation, the foundation is very good but the smell is absolutely horrific, very toxic and unpleasant! I tried to return the product the day after I bought it, despite numerous affirmations on the official mac website that they care about customer satisfaction I was not allowed to return my unused foundation. If you're looking for a foundation, I would definitely avoid mac, the smell doesn't even out the quality of the product, it smells extremely chemical and bad.

After 20 years of excellent service from this company, I had a terrible visit to the store in Sarasota, FL, today. The clerk I had did not know where anything was and I watched as she opened every drawer looking for things. The clerk who rang up my purchases was curt and dismissive. I love this company's products, but I was put off by the treatment I received.

I should tell you this! I was at the Mac store - Burjuman Mall last saturday. I never had anything in my mind to purchase, just had some time to pass on and thought of looking into the apparels and beauty collections inside the mall. When I crossed the Mac Store I thought to go inside and see the collections as well as I did not visit the store in a while and my past experiences were not that great as the sales rep will either roll their eyes for trying on products or keep nagging with questions or express certain looks which eventually gives us an indication that this person wants us to be out of the store. So I would just prefer not going in. For some reason, Saturday I just went in and Varsha came to me and said politely, "Hi Mam, my name is Varsha, I will be around if you need any assistance". I said, not right now, but if I need, I will reach out! I actually thought to myself, okay she is gonna nag and let me out or gonna give an unpleasant look when I try on products. But I was completely wrong. I tried concealers and got her assistance with the shades. She was very polite to let me try different shades until I found the perfect match. Then I went to the lipstick section and I must have tried at least 8-10 shades until I was satisfied with that Ombre look I was expecting on my lips. I never got her assistance in that as I wanted to try it by myself. She was very patient, let me try shades, sanitized the lipsticks for me(which I really appreciate), meanwhile assisting other customers who were there in the store at the same time. I actually spent around 400 AED that day at the store and I should say it's because of her customer service. I wish her all the best and I wish every sales rep is trained to be the way she is. If I wouldn't have tried the products with patience, I would have gone without buying anything because I even hate when people show their faces sarcastically without directly asking to get out of the store. That's what most rep's do, because they cant tell a customer directly to get out of the store. Its always some signs or actions which tells us indirectly to get out of the store. But Varsha is a gem! Keep rocking girl! Kudos to your passion for makeup and the way you treat people!

Perhaps the most appalling customer service experience I have ever had. To start, the phone line to call in for MAC Cosmetics does not provide options that are helpful and it is really hard to speak to someone live. I have wasted HOURS of my time over the course of the last 2+ weeks trying to get a resolution to an issue. Something horrible happened to me as a direct result of being lied to by not one but two different customer service agents. When I got in touch in to rectify the problem, instead of helping me I was actually lied to two more times. Unsure why anyone thinks this is an acceptable way to treat anyone, let alone a paying customer, but I certainly won't be supporting MAC any longer moving forward.
The bright red Lady Danger lipstick from Mac costs about $35USD a pop, but carries the same pigmentation as almost any $3 drugstore lipstick. If you're looking for fancy packaging or a pleasant scent in your lipstick, this is the one. Otherwise, I'd recommend sticking with your good old drugstore.

I have purchased MAC products from stores like Ulta or Sephora before, I'm satisfied with the quality of some of their products. When I made my first few purchases through MAC directly, one of my orders got lost and I reached out to the delivery company and they told me to reach out to the vendor to see what options are available because, pretty much my package was lost. So I reached out to MAC to see what they can do, keep in mind I put my order in on November 24th so that I can get it in time for the holidays to be able to wrap it up and gift it. 4 days ago they said they would ship a replacement, they never did. When I reached out to them today to see if they just forgot to notify me that they shipped the replacement, I was told that I would get an email when the replacement was shipped. I put in an order yesterday, completely separate, and that order got shipped on the same day. So they're giving priority to new orders but things that people should have gotten so long ago because they were maybe going to gift it, those customers don't seem to matter to them at all.
This company has definitely made me feel unwelcome in the past, but recently, it's gotten worse, I had contacted customer services regarding a product I had purchased being a off consistently and not the way it usually is, they brushed it off and blamed me for the awful product that I am very familiar with, didn't help at all
