Received a phone call to advise pickup ready up to 5.30 day of ordering or next day from 6am. Very professional and friendly service. Also had good stock of profile required. Other local places had to place order and wait many weeks or just didn't stock the profile I required.

After due diligence and calling the sales team to check availability of stock, placing the order online and then calling again to confirm the order and a delivery time, I traveled to the city to take delivery in the time specified by Canterbury timber. After waiting the 3 hour window, nothing came and no explanation was given. I called to find out what had happened, the gentleman laughed at me 3 or 4 times loudly and proclaimed that they don't have the product in stock, it was never going to be delivered during the time specified and Canterbury timber "NEVER" honors its contracts... leaving me several thousands of dollars out of pocket. (due to loss of ongoing hours to rectify Canterbury timber's spurious behavior. Not to mention the cost of the materials which is about 1/3 of the total deliberate financial damages caused)
Take this experience as you will but I think nothing could possibly be as bad a Megatimber. I am currently suffering ongoing financial losses due to the deliberate behavior of this business.

Ordered from this company, products were damaged, no reply, didn't want to know about it! Won't pick up the 3M pallet even after delivery driver said they would. Sales person is rude and just hangs up! Will never use the company again!

The lengths of timber needed for the task were not available. (8 off 3.6m) so they substituted it for 1.8s and mixtures of everything under.
Net result. The total length in metres supplied did not even meet the ordered qty. Project did not get done, allocated time for the job to be done. Mega mess up. Now I have to go back and find some correct lengths. Every length of timber and size I have ordered was not available and not delivered to the correct sizes ordered.
HI Kai. Sorry for the delay in delivery. I have just looked back through your order and it seems that you received the order on the 1st of October- 3 days after ordering online. You are based in the Blue Mountains and our business is in Strathfield NSW, so we needed to receive delivery from our supplier before then sending a truck to you. As you are aware, there is currently a building supplies shortage throughout Australia, which is probably what lead to you finding our online store.
We had a couple of hiccups - caused by us, but Daryl was awesome at making this happen - the service was outstanding an commendable. Daryl worked with us to make this transaction as smooth as could be - and delivery was so prompt - the Driver was totally helpful. I could not recommend these guys more highly - will defiantly be using them again -
I received order late, damaged and on a 3m palet which I didn't want. Driver wouldn't take the palet and said work it out with the company.
No answers to my emails RE damage or palet. Several phone calls later still no action! Rude and non business like. Wouldn't recommend this company, one star is too high...

Hi Nicholas. So sorry you had this experience. If you could let us know who you spoke to when confirming the order and availability of stock before ordering because the item you ordered is not a product that is generally kept in stock in the quantities you required. Your note on the order actually requested a phone call one hour prior to delivery. My understanding is that our salesperson did offer you a refund when the total amount of skirting was not available.
