A very easy order process online.

However, delivery driver didn't call to give notice and as a result put the timber where we didn't want it, two packs turned up, 1 being different width boards to the other pack (useless) the phone umber on the website requires at least 2 goes before anyone picks up.

Called the customer service to check stock.
They said they had plenty.

Had to place the order in rush, tried to call every 2 hours in the next 2 days and no one answers. They don't even tell you the ETA of delivery.

By the time the material arrived, it was the wrong stuff. I called them again and they said they were out of stock, and had to change to something similar without communicating with me.

Product is somewhat more expensive to other suppliers, transport fee is definitely way too expensive and unreasonable.

After a frustrating few days hunting down various timber and particularly my requirement for quality marine ply ( no one had the combination of what I wanted in stock and available for quick delivery)I got on to mega timber they had everything I wanted it was quick clean and I was shocked when it arrived the next morning very happy

Item was in stock and delivered 2 days later. Was able to speak on the phone with sales representative regarding the product. Website was easy to navigate.

Staff were helpful and communicated clearly about my order when a stock size LVL was not available.
Easy website to navigate using a mobile phone unlike several competitors.
Delivery could use some sms updates to alert customers about arrival times. We had to have the order left on the verge for us to move and store including a large pallet.

Mega timber got the product to us on time despite major shortages

Ordering online was easy, quick response. Would have like update on delivery for example: expected time of arrival but was delivered with 24hrs. Great Service.

As a first time customer, I couldn't of asked for anything better. Friendly customer service and delivery, easy to use website, great prices, quick delivery.

Product available, nice easy process to order, and they didn't insist on an account. They also went out of their way to ensure what I wanted was what I got, and their communication and customer service were fantastic.

I ordered timber from Megatimber and it was delivered on time and no problems.

From the outset, the team communicated to me regarding the non-avalability of the timber I ordered and provided an alternative. Soon thereafter they again rang me to inform that they have searched other sources to find what I had originally ordered.
Soon thereafter they rang to inform me of a time for delivery which actually occured on that date.
The only issu I had was with the difference between 'Canterbury Timber' being the web site I ordered on line and then being called from 'Megatimber'. It took a while for the relationship to get straight in my mind. Suggest maybe clarify this on the 'Canterbury Timber' web site in the firsat instance to avoid further confusion by other persons.
