Was very easy to order various timbers on the platform. Delivery was in 3 working days and exactly as asked - we have difficult site access.
Hi Frank. Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately your order was from East Gosford, and our business is in Sydney. Our delivery costs are fixed as we use our own fleet of delivery trucks. You selected Pick Up as an Option when you placed your order. Organising your own courier to pick up the items would have been possible too. I note that we refunded your order promptly when you were not satisfied with the Delivery options.
A problem with Pay Pal paying for the timber, looking on the website again it had gone up 800AUD, the gentleman that I was dealing with said he would honour the first quote, but couldn't give me free delivery as offered by your company.

Your site is easy to navigatei purchased a door online at 4.30 on Friday that needed to be cut to size and the guys at Megatimber had it cut and ready for me to pick it when I got there at 5.15 and loaded it on top of my car. Great Service
Why would any company send one delivery guy to deliver sheets of gyprock that require a two person lift? They charge a premium, (pun intended) and under deliver.
They email you saying they'll be in touch but rest assured they weren't.

The delivery driver took the time to help me move the doors into a difficult to access apartment block, he was very careful with the doors and gave me some good tips on storage. There probably should have been two people in the deliver team though. In case I was not able to assist.

Really happy with the products, driver and the way this was packaged. Unhappy with their total lack of commication. Was in commuincation to find out when delievry would be made and was told he was on his way, when in fact thi shad already been delivered some 5 hours prior.

Good service from these guys but the 4.8mtr timber fascias purchased had big gouges under the sticker on both timbers. Overall ok but wouldn't purchase that product again.

Ordered materials for DIY project on a Saturday materials came on Tuesday. Despite what the order confirmation said there was no communication about when the delivery was going to happen. So come Tuesday morning I receive a call while I'm at work that the driver is 15 mins away. Wasn't a big deal but only because my delivery was small. Would have been better if I was told a day in advance when the delivery is coming so I could plan accordingly.
