The last order on 27 Feb 2024 at 18:56 pm I have been waiting for one hour but they keep telling me hold on hold on.

I had my first experience with this provider on the 30/01/2024, prior to this I never dealt with this provider.

I started by buying 5$ Steam card to test the legitimacy of the site which went through and I got my code fairly quick but only by contacting « Jill » from customer service. No verifications or risk on my personal information was required.

Then, I proceeded to but 100€ PlayStation cards which will help me preorder a game which is not cheap. Only to be met with Multiple step by step for verification. First by asking me to add my number which was not registered due to an error in the website, then sent me a request to photograph myself holding my credit card which I used to buy my first purchase, my Identification card and a paper stating that I bought from this provider. All against the general data protection regulations. I ended up submitting my photo. Only to be told that the numbers are not clear. How do you expect small numbers to appear on a selfie?

I asked for a refund, and the reply I got was « Ok » from someone called « kronika », without any directions on how long my refund will be. And now I dont have money, I dont have a card and I dont have a game.

If you value your money, DO NOT make the mistake I made and buy from this provider.

Scam website. Its been 10hours since i did my payment. Bank and payment agency both confirmed my payment.

First time I bought an itunes voucher from this company, everything went quick, and I had my voucher in no time... second time though they came with verification stuff, that I sent them only to find out at night shift verification takes 1-9 hours according to the company staff. I here I am 10+ hours later, still no voucher. I contacted them on whatsapp this morning, and the person is still busy checking my stuff for the last 40 minutes... I mean how long can it really take to check my stuff, and give me what I paid for? This is very bad customer service... and that when I honestly need this voucher asap

Ho acquistato una giftcard da 100€ (88€ scontato) per la PS4, ma per errore ho seguito un link "de" e il codice è valido solo in Germania. Ho chiesto supporto per poter utilizzare il codice in Italia o avere un rimborso, ma mi hanno detto che non è possibile è che il consumatore non può esercitare recesso per acquisti di questo tipo. Non mi hanno voluto aiutare in nessun modo e ho buttato 88€! Attenzione a fare gli ordini perché non c'è margine per gli errori e il consumatore non è assolutamente tutelato in nessun modo!

Do not buy anything from this website because once they will sell the product then they will just check if it is valid or not but actually they sell blocked codes which are not ment to be sold so as I have been scammed by this shît website and the end they said we can't even give you your receipt which is beyond their life and taking my consumer rights ai have report them on the government website and the investigation is processed on their fake website stealing money by selling useless codes for higher prices instead I suggest buy from the local shop or other websites like Amazon and apps like PayPal because they 100% satisfy the customers and never talk rudely like this shît website does. They said talk to us on email and I emailed them but email came up saying talk with us via tickets and I did but the admin is stupid as he cannot even understand what I am asking him and just keep replying it is valid as tf I am asking for receipt. The assistance on website is also trash because they reply like 10 minutes after each message which is fwking waste of my time. The admin is like a kid reading random shîts and saying anything as I asked for receipt and they said it is not possible, wow the kid wants to hide everything he sold and keeping himself in his mom's belly like pure kid.
Guys go and find new website to buy from instead of wasting your money in this website which doesn't even deserve to stay on this platform.
