Was informed by Mr. Wheels that struts would be assembled in house and shipped to me, simply bolt on new assembly, no perch mounts sent and rear blocks were 1" instead of 2" as stated. Disappointed to say the least
I haven't installed the suspension yet but customer service was excellent.

Easy ordering with thorough follow up and fast enough shipping. The only thing I would change is the shipping tracking. 1 tracking number for 5 packages made it difficult to follow all the packages over a week of receiving. Thanks

Free 2 Day FedEx shipping on heavy duty leaf springs?!? Yes, please! They got the order out quickly and I received everything on time. Will use them again.
Shipping was easily the fastest I've ever seen. From ordering to shipping was no time at all. The only thing I'd change is I wish I got something saying it was a split shipment and coming from multiple location so I didn't go into a full blown panic when I got some but not all of my items at the same time

Ordering process was smooth, but I opted to pay for assembly. This then caused confusion with FedEx shipping resulting in a 1-week delay from original schedule. Additionally, the assembled struts were not aligned properly so still needed to disassemble myself and reassemble correctly. Huge waste of time and money. Consider assembly yourself if you choose to purchase through Mudify

I accidentally had my kit delivered to the wrong address and wanted to correct it quickly. Managed to get in touch with the sales and shipping representative and they were able to get in the system and changed to the proper location. Great and quick response.
Eddie was awesome. Called me immediately after my order to make sure that i had ordered what i truly needed.
I had my taco lifted 8 years ago, the parts were wearing out and the suspension never worked well in the first place. Eddie took the time to understand where I had been. And where I wanted to go with new suspension.
The new suspension works Great while hauling heavy loads off road as well as on the highway. If you wanna get the right parts for your truck for your special application- Eddie is the Mam!
Package was beat up and the shock broke the compression thing and poked though the shipping box

Box on the inside of the bigger was was severely damaged. Haven't installed lift yet. Hopefully all is good. I will let you know. Thank you.

There was a quality control issue with one of the OME upper control arms. The part was replaced in a somewhat timely manner.
Truck Rides Great and is very capable now. Probably rides better than stock. Could be new tires but it really does ride nice and much more body control.
Eddie was great to work with through the QC issue.
I would recommend working with these guys.
