Great experience with Mudify; my parts were shipped fast and exactly what I was looking for!

The BP-51 suspension is amazing; quality ride, built tough, looks great.

Modify was amazing to order from, had a few questions on parts and was give fast and informative response. The team is knowledgeable and with you every step of the way, a+ for reaching out after the order was placed. It gives the customer a sense of caring that not enough companies do. There site is easy to navigate with clear and precise options. Making shopping effective and finding what you want a breeze. Product arrived very fast and well packaged. Will using modify more for future purchases.

Large order consultation, purchase and shipment went beautifully. Short story, FedEx screwed the pooch on one of the boxes. Joel and Mudify assessed rapidly the FedEx was at fault and shipped a duplicate box immediately. Well before FedEx sorted their BS. The first box is still lost in the ether, yet my parts are inbound to my home. That earns Mudify the honor of being the first place I look on next orders. Excellent job guys. Thank you.

I had questions of the specifications of the Old Man Emulift for Tacoma with the Nitrocharger shocks and medium load springs. I received quick answers and the rep even took the time to discuss diff drops and carrier bearing angles!

I ordered an old man emu 2.5 inch lift for my 2016 Lexus GX 460. It was easy to find the lift package the best suited my needs. Everything was well described. Everything arrived undamaged and on time.

I have been shopping for OME suspension for my new Tundra. Looking on Mudify I found the kit I was looking for. While I did not purchase the kit yet I received a phone call from a FL number and it was Joel from Mudify. He took the time to discuss the options on the kits available for my truck. Along with providing options never once did he try and push me to buy anything. This is customer service at the highest level.
I will absolutely purchase OME kit from Mudify based off of their customer service level provided.

Old Man Emu lift is great. Looks good. They forgot a shock in the original shipment. I called and got a new one the following week. They were very easy to work with.

Extremely impressed with the Mudify website and the excellent customer service I received from Joel. I am in the process of upgrading my 2012 Jeep JKU and the stock suspension would need to be upgraded in order to support a Roof Top Tent as well as some other upgrades. The Mudify website was awesome, I knew I wanted to go with Old Man Emu just wasn't sure which one I would need. I went to the full lift kits and there is a picture of a Jeep, as you select different options it starts adding things like a RTT, Front and Rear Bumper and then recommends which kit will support that extra weight. I then called spoke with Joel asked a few additional questions and ordered my kit. Can't say enough good things about this company!

We looked everywhere for an OME 2-3 in Lift kit. I finally found one on Mudify. When I called to double check it was in stock it was. The customer service we received was great they made sure I was getting all the parts I needed. Not only did we receive all the parts we ordered, they were all OME and we had the kit here within 3 days! I definitely recommend using Mudify!
